farshad, 08 Nov 2014Hi hear in my country there is no 1 sim xperia z3 its all ... moreFor this you have to activate "dual sim Reachability" mode in the dual sim settings. When you are taking to someone on sim 1 the other sim goes into standby. And if someone calls you on sim 2 at that time the call automatically is forwarded to sim 1 just like call waiting on a single sim phone. You will hear a tone and the name / number of the caller on sim 2 will be displayed on the screen. This way you won't miss any calls. So don't worry. Same thing happens if u are using sim 2 and somebody calls u on sim 1. I tried this out myself using two other phones to call my Xperia z 3 dual. Also I read somewhere that if both sims are from the same network then call forwarding is free and it is chargeable if the sims belong to two different networks. But I'm not sure about this.

is there ANY difference between their performance on using only 1 sim ?
im afraid if the dual might not be as good as 1sim even if i use only one sim card

Yaser, 08 Nov 2014May somebody tell me how does the dual sim work? If I am on... moreFor this there is an option called Dual Sim Reachability in settings menu. You must activate this because this is a dual standby phone. So If you're talking to somebody on sim1 and somebody calls u on sim 2 then the call will be automatically forwarded to sim 1 (just like call waiting). And the same will happen if you are using sim 2 and somebody calls u on sim 1. So don't worry. You won't miss any calls. Hope this answers your question brother.

It's my first full day with the Sony Xperia z3 dual and I'm really pleased with how it has performed so far. I took it off the charger when the battery was 100% and as I write this using the phone it has been about 13 hours 45 mins and 5 secs since the full charge and I still have 46% of power left. The phone is on stamina mode and I have used both WiFi and LTE for a combined 4 and a half hours of browsing and WhatsApp mostly. The best thing about stamina mode is that u can choose which apps u want running in the background that uses data (whether WiFi or 4G LTE).
All in all a good phone. I'll write more as I discover more about this phone

Since I wrote the last experience and the problems I faced with this phone ,I figured out a lot about the problem ,and as many problems ,this problem was solved pretty simple.

First I noticed that a popup came on screen that the media+++ coudnt close down, and I thought that was related to my problem of battery drain and getting hot.

But the problem was solved much more easy.

I had a few years ago also the same problem with a Samsung and last week I start to remember the problem about the micro sd card.

What is happen if you buy a micro sd card is that you have to format it in the phone, and you will expect that the exfat formatting the phone will do is the best.

Finally I found out that the exfat format was causing the problem with freezing the clock, and the media popup error.

And I decided to reformat the sd card on my computer to fat32 and put all the data back on the sd card again.

That was the solution for all the problems I found with this phone and it seems that the problem pops up with more phones if you are using a large micro sd of 64gb or in my situation 128gb micro sd,in combination with a lot of music and navigation maps.

My card has been filled almost full with data, around 110gb.

Now after the format to fat32,i don't face any problems anymore and the phone seems also much faster with searching my music database on the micro sd.

For some reason exfat doesn't work very well for data junkies like me and formatting to fat32 solves all the problems as well.

Another benefit of formatting fat32 is that also much older phones will recognize the total 128gb data of the micro sd,while exfat will give an error or just give some less data on older phones.
