after updating 7.0 nougat..........charging very slow......... sony update new version 7.1.1 then solve any problems....

have changed my z5 Dual screen two times now after it has fallen in abt 2.5 ft only both times. so much dissapointed with z5 Dual

Aryan, 15 Apr 2017after updating nougat.... charging slow.....why. ... any su... moreit's a new feature added named charging optimisation to preserve your battery lifespan, you can disable it in settings>about phone>status>charging optimisation. It requires a reboot after you disable it.

after 7,0 update I found a little increase on volume quality but isn't louder, and with the battery is weird because when it has 100 percent last 5 among 7 minutes with that charge display on but when the battery going under 30 discharging too fast, and I saw improvements in the rear camera

finally... sony solve the problem of loud 🔊 n top 🔝 speaker....its balance but one big mistake are not solve......Quick charger are not properly work...

I had Z3 compact wich was very hood until i go for a swim. New one is Z5 dual sim. Have many problems. The speaker and hands free speaker is so low that is hard to head.( on max volume). Many times friends call and they cant reach my even if i had signal. The screentuch is not exact as Z3 ( gaming and writing) becose a dual sim the battarey go fast. Going very hot when gaming.

Got Z5 dual 6months or so ago. beautiful mobile, everything worked fine on stock 6.0. then, a month ago or so, after i upgraded to 7.0 i noticed a tremendous drop in photo quality- and this phone used to take really brilliant photos and printing in A3 was still producing very good results. so started looking for answers- and apparently i'm not the only one- xperia devices have some antireflective coating on plastic lens covers that wears out with time (i personally find this shocking as i keep the phone in a case since day one) it is beyond me that sony opted for a piece of cheap nasty plastic coated in some mumbo jumbo, instead of integrating that within the rear glass panel . i'm yet to find out from sony whether they will rectify this under warranty as this clearly is a fault due to poor design . to make things worse, since upgrading to 7.0, the battery life is at best a half of what it used to be, so all this bull about stamina this and daze that is just a lot of bull. power management in marshmallow was just fine after they brought back stamina mode.
other than that, i don't have much bad to say about this thing. takes two sims, charges fairly quickly, perhaps speaker are not as loud as i'd like and definitely not as loud as they were before 7.0. also, screen isnt very bright- i guess comparing z5 to s7 wasnt a smart move. but it is readable. would i recommend this thing- for consideration, perhaps- there are better phones out there but i needed dual sim, splash/ water proof, reasonable size and relatively good battery/ camera and at the time it fitted the description. and as i didnt want to spend money on s6 or s7, this was the next best thing from my perspective...

Its dual sim , waterproof and can be updated to nougat I am searching for this phone desesperately and do not know where to get it in Mauritius and the price .

Z5 seems to be better than Xperia X.
Just switch from Z3 to Z5.
Lets see how things go now.

Worst phone I've ever had. Battery life is simply terrible - it's impossible reach 12h without charging. Phone is still on warranty, but Sony refuses to do anything with it. They say everyting it's OK.
