This is the worst flagship phone I have ever used..the audio jack port came off by itself I couldnt use wired headsets i had to buy wireless ones...sometimes it freezes....lots of bugs....unpredictable battery life...giys stay away from sony phones ..buy the tvs and music systems bt phones 👎👎👎👎👎🖓🖓🖓

    Hello guys please I have urgent question,,do you see such waves in camera while light is low?yes it doesn't appear on pics after capture but they told me its Sony sensor collect the light when it's low,,is that real?please answer me

            The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium was an okay phone however after the Android 7 update (from personal experience); it is plagued with lots of different issues.

            The phone will quickly drain battery regardless on whether it is being used or idle. The touch-screen is awful because after 10 minutes of playing a game, it will only respond to single touches and this experience is continuously repeating itself much to my annoyance. The touch-screen does not respond to rapid tapping so it is detrimental to certain applications; an example would be something like Rhythm games or Action games. The phone will quickly get hot regardless of what you're doing; whether it is watching videos on YouTube or sending a text message to a friend.

            In my opinion, the only pro it has going for it is that it has a nice screen.

              Best phone ever.
              New version of the same lineup (http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_xz_premium-8593.php) is noticeably worth then the current one:
              a) battery is not as strong
              b) has more RAM (with lower batter capacity that is a disadvantage)
              c) doesn't have dedicated micro sd slot
              d) has more cores (with lower batter capacity that is a disadvantage).
              So in short, new version will have shorter lifespan, and potentially not as good performance as current one *(depending on what you do).

              Current phone:
              Still receives updates; still has strong hardware to back it up on; solid; good choice.

              Newer phone = rubbish.

Still receiving updates even now, but not sure if it can be upgraded to ANDROID OREO. Maybe u can wait a little longer so u can have second thoughts about it?

If u use the smartphone lesser, it will increase to 2 days long. For your information the battery life is actually a estimation only, it doesn't mean u will only get that kind of battery life, it is how long u can last before your next charge

                        When i bought battery long about 2 days and on standby was wrote 48 hours . On stamina 64 hours and on ultra stsmina mode 2 weeks. Now after 1 year on 100% writes 10 hour not 2 days anymore. On stamina 12 hours ans on ultra stamina mode just 1 day 4 hour. When using phone battery goes on 4g 33% hour. Adter 3 hour battery is 0 % wtf

                              This phone seems to suffer from lack of CPU power. When starting up the apps Pokemon Go, this phone starts slower then Samsung Note 3. When throwing pokeballs, sometimes to ball is like travelling in slow motion and drop short of the target pokemon. Will think 3 times before purchasing a Sony phone in future.

                                      I've been reading a lot of bad reviews, but I've been using mine for the past few months and It's been a wonder, I bought it in 2017 and It's been a lovely experiences, It's fast, yeah...It does overheat a little but much less than my previos phone(Iphone 5s) and I love that altough It's quite big, it doesn't feel like a big phone
