Been using the Z5 Premium for close to two years now. All I can say is..I can't wait to sell this phone off and go back to using a Samsung.
During the first year of usage (when the warranty is still valid), I have send the phone back to the shop for repairs 4 times. And it wasn't even fully fixed after that.
And now, the phone is flickering due to it's ROBUST water resistant properties.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would rate this model a -3.

Maybe u can download some CPU-Z app? I used DevCheck to check the RAM, the reason could be because of the RAM, if it is lower than 500MB or so then it is because of that then the smartphone will stop. If the RAM have somewhat 800+MB free then I guess it would be some hardware problems

Hope that an update with help solve issues with this phone. Screen up and down real fast- touch response issue, heat, Freezing, Pauses, operating issue at times can not turn Z5 premium off.

Im really impressed with the specs of this phone.But i am now using my 2nd unit after the 1st one got water damaged and I encountered the same issue with both units: ALWAYS LAGGING on internet connection both WiFi or Data (im on SG and internet is definitely not an issue)...when i surf or play a video on internet HD or not it always stops for around 5-10secs every 20-30secs of playing/surfing. Does anyone here know why and what is the solution?..i'm always a big fan of Sony but this one really pissed me. My Z2 before has no issue like this.

Worst experience ever with mobile phone, it was always heating up specially during taking videos. And for now the happy ending the mobile is not working anymore because it fall in water!!! The price for fixing it is around 400 USD which is similar to the new one price!!!

I am thinking on getting either Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra G3226 4GB RAM / 64GB ROM or Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual E6883 5.5" 23MP 32GB, wich one do you think is the best option for me? I play a lot of games and all of a sudden I change to FB, Whatsapp, other game, camera, etc. Basically I need a really fast and reliable phone.

ERRRRRM don;t be silly!
7.1.1 is not out yet for z5 premium even bloody 7.1 is not officially out and is experimental. YOU cannot complain if you stupidly flash your phone to something that sony is not even supporting yet.
Blame yourself and not the sony z5 premium!

Samsung j7 is a midranger phone compare to z5 premium which is a flagship. Just like comparing toyota and volvo. Lol

After up date 7.1.1 so many problems are created apps not installed properly after installing write to next and volume kee not working perfectly.

Using this fon for 3month. Before upgrede to android 6.0 get small issue like heat when playing games. After upgresde abdroid 7.0 my fon more better. Like it soooo much. The brightness from low to high every time open the fon its awsome. Not brihgt like before. Slowly bright make my eye comfortable. Like this upgrade
