Display went blank 1St month!connector was loose.screen broke,repaired, back panel broke,repaired,touch broke,repaired,screen broke for the 3Rd time inspite being in a case,repaired,the new display touch doesn't works,about 15% of the touch is dead,nom responsive.i am dealing and managing with it,heats up too easy.......planin xz premium now

One of the worst phones I've ever had. In the first year of having the phone I've had 3 repairs and even had to get a replacement handset sent out by my network carrier. Headphone jack breaks multiple times in a year (on both the original Z5 Premium I had and the replacement). The phone claims to be waterproof but it has broken today being in my pocket while walking home in the rain.
Would not recommend this phone at all.

I bought it from KSA.
It was awsome.
But when i updated to nougat via air. Some sever problem is arising. When phone comes during using any apps next time ring volume doesnt work during any call or sms. It solves when i restarts. Everyday i have to restart 2-3 times.
I master reseted the phone but the problem was unsolved.

Worst phone I've ever had! From day one I've had trouble with this phone. Constantly drops calls, has poor reception everywhere I go, trouble sending videos, trouble recieving pictures and videos from different devices, annoying auto-fill texting, etc.
The only good thing I can say about this device is that it has a good camera. Unfortunately for me I'm one of those people who like to use their phone as a phone.
Experia Z5 premium is just an over priced digital camera.

Worst phone I've ever had! From day one I've had trouble with this phone. Constantly drops calls, has poor reception everywhere I go, trouble sending videos, trouble recieving pictures and videos from different devices, annoying auto-fill texting, etc.
The only good thing I can say about this device is that it has a good camera. Unfortunately for me I'm one of those people who like to use their phone as a phone.
Experia Z5 premium is just an overpriced

YM, 08 May 2017My Z5 premium started to have lagging issue lately after 2 ... moreWow 2 yrs before it showed problems? Compare that to a Samsung phone just months of usage will lag or hang up...
Try backing up pictures or important files on your phone like copying them over a pc/cloud then do a full wipe/reset also reformat sd card aswell... Or check for OTA update first before doing what I suggested.

My Z5 premium started to have lagging issue lately after 2 years of using it. How can I check and resolve this problem? I found the lagging issue when I wanted to delete the pictures in the Album and the action took me 3-5 seconds each time :-(. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve it? Should I send it to service center to check on it? Thanks to advice
