big faults in battery / size / camera and screen again..
sony cant prove itself with this spc..
htc and samsung over shade it with new phablets exactly like z / one and s4..

Launching this kinda device will only strengthen Samsung's position. Coz some people would like to get bigger phablets. And if they do, they will have options of Galaxy Mega 5.8 & 6.3 and now Xperia z Ultra. Compared to samsung devices, Xperia z Ultra lacks camera flash & micro SD which will benefit samsung coz people would prefer Galaxy Mega 5.8 & Galaxy Mega 6.3 instead of xperia z ultra

Advance reviews are too good to be true!!! Wait until it's commercially available and users have a hand on it for about a week and there we would know it's true performance and value....
All flagship devices by each vendor/brand have high voting results and later on it drops as the devices comes commercially available.... User hands-on reviews were more reliable...

Since the launch of Xperia Z, sony is now leading the mobile industry in acquiring the latest technology. No more trailing behind samsung, lg and htc. Xperia smartphones are so advance now. This Sony Xperia Z Ultra is the true masterpiece. There's always logical reasons why it has no flash and why it has a comparatively small battery. It is 8 megapixel a downgrade from 13MP but it also means better pic. Quality in lowlight conditions since it
Is a lower sensor, let us see if there are some new enhancements too. Sony also said that the Snapdragon 800 is much power efficient than the previous gen. Proc. And about the size. . . This phone targets those who want big screen and it doesn't care about people who prefer smaller handsets. If u don't like it then don't buy it. Sony don't need you. This is the first phablet of sony and yet it is the best of it's class! Great job! :-D

best but not perfect.
no flash, battery is non- replaceable.it should make lowest blaze, so that overall size small but screen size same.

Since the Z was has about a 50% percent slower CPU, im really curious how many photos you can take in Burst Mode in a second.

For those who are either curious about the ZU's display performance or accusing ZU will have a bad display, check on the link below, at the comment section, the first commenter has uploaded a picture comparing the Z and ZU from side which shows a great improvement of screen quality (at least the viewing angle is far better on the ZU).

Simply too big for me, and battery should have been bigger (at least 3500+), price is a bit high as well, other than that are good. Looking forward to Sony Honami.
Also curios about the performance of the Sony Triluminos display, waiting for GSMarena's review.
