Heating depends on the os your using, apps, environment etc. All high specs phone heats after sometime in hot environments.

Or maybe Sony is just checking it's update with other models till the update is fixed so that ZR users won't receive a buggy update. ;)

cmeze, 24 May 2014Though there aren't any bugs, you have to agree that the 4.... moreYea a bit laggy and sometimes(rarely) only one of the four cores work and the others are in sleep mode. I have to restart my phone to make them work again. Hope 4.4 is bug free. the ui is gonna be white again (Refer to the users who got 4.4).

AnonD-152830, 24 May 2014People said the same bugs when android 4.3 released but it'... moreyupp dude, i agree people complaint upon the last update but the complaint in previous update was not consistent some were complaining about something and some were satisfied but this time everyone is complaining the same thing even many of them are saying factory reset and PC Companion repair is also not helping :-(

as far as i can see the comments on sony's so called kitkat upgrade, it looks like its not worth waiting, everyone complaining about battery drain too excessive, laggy process camera and notification bar!! these comments were regarding xperia Z and ZL!!
and as far as i remember i saw it on some xperia blog that Tablet Z wifi and ZR update is delayed!!

I think Sony is trolling us. They said update for kitkat rolling and I ran and checked my update Centre and all I got is an an update for Walkman and album :(

10th Month Review:
Using Continuously for 10 months, the phone is performing good till date but some problems i have faced till now:
1. The sound quality of speakers(both) have gone down
2. Hangs sometimes when the phone is in roaming otherwise no problem
3. Proximity sensor doesn't work sometimes
4. Battery performance has gone down
Still the phone is running smoothly without any trouble.

cmeze, 22 May 2014Am I the only one or was 4.1.2 update's black theme more at... moreI like both but the 4.1,4.2 was better. But only in Android 4.3+ u get that translucent status and navigation bar in the media apps.
