Xperia™, 18 Feb 2014whew.. 5 hours? is it standby time? or with regular use. if... moreit is standby mostly with talk time of around 15-20 minutes
on standby Whatsapp, Gmail are on auto sync rest all apps are manual sync

Hi Puneet..I upgraded my mob to 4.3 version....but fortunatly iam not facing any problem like shut down automatically and Restarting issue..

From Last 9Months i am using Xperia ZR, i had not faced any issue, it was working excellent and smooth but resently i had upgraded to latest version 4.3, aftr upgardation i am facing application shut down automatically and Restarting issue..
AnyBody else facing the same problem??

i'm using xperia zr from 3 months and its just good to use mobile
screen touch is excellent
bravia engine just amazing to watch movies, nd photos
camera: use camera 360
video recording: good
battery : 12 hour after good usage
overall just excellent no lack, water proof best for music lover, battery is good...i just love it

Can anyone confirm the colours of the notification light on 4.3?
With 4.2, the notification colour for missed calls, SMS and emails is white which makes it almost impossible to see. I know the lights can be changed using illumination bar on the play store but this doesn't work in Stamina Mode (still shows white) and I'd rather not download and use another app just to set notification lights.
Have Sony change the default colours with the 4.3 update to green?

this device have so many problems like wireless
fresh box opened first day this Sony Peria Zr good
but from the next day my WiFi has stopped working
still its going on this issue

Experience after using for two weeks
Had written first experience earlier
Bought on ebay for 24 grand..white color
Red and Black are 2K more...bought a red jacket for 249 bucks :)
Display - Excellent
Camera
Outdoors - As good as a digi cam
Indoor - Horrible in any mode....dark and grainy
Solution - downloaded 360Camera (for panaromic mode) and CameraMod (for regular shots)
Battery - Worst one in my life
In Stamina Mode with one one email being sync and GPS, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, NFC etc etc switched off it lasts measely five hours....my talk time is in minutes not hours
Also takes three hours to charge which is very long
Major issue - ear piece heats up so much even after talking just about 5 minutes that u have to use a hands free
Screen isn't scratch proof like Gorilla Glass
Feel Moto G (buying for wifey)for 14k on flipkart is far better choice
Compares with ZR on all specs expect camera which pratically is a let down in zr

AnonD-234419, 17 Feb 2014but moto g costs only about 12 to 13k, also it gives snapdr... morei think you got it wrong moto G comes with Snapdragon 400 only not 800. and if you will check the benchmark score of the two, you will see that ZR has the lead on all/almost all of the benchmark tests scores.
-well the reason moto G cost less is bec it's performance is inferior to ZR, or maybe bec lenovo bought motorola
-for me i it is more appropriate to compare moto G with sony xperia sp as they are closer with regards with benchamarks scores.
-i'm not really sure about the camera quality of moto G though as i do not own a moto G, so i can't comment which one is better ^^

Plz I need to know if any one has viber & magic jack on exeria zr & they are working well ?! Because I had a problem on the voice when calling anyone on viber and when I asked the maintanance they reply because i downloaded the magic jack !!! Is that true ?!

if camera is not a problem, we can go for moto g at low cost

Hello xZR users!
Can anyone enlighten me about the issue of self cracking screen of Xperia ZR?
I really want to buy this phone because of its 2gb of RAM and qualcomm s4 quadcore at a low price.
I made some research on google and I found out that Xperia Z series smartphones are suffering from self cracking screens(it means that it happens even without abuse in usage, e.g., pressure or drops).
I have read a blog and found out that some xperia ZR also suffered from the same problem.
Can anyone tell me if the same case also happened to their xZR? Please please advice.

When you say quality are you talking about the materials/case/Design, build quality look of the phone? well they both uses plastic, you can customize the back cover of moto G which will give it more style and personality. however the xperia zr on the other hand looks classy/high end. the hardware is perfect and is water resistant.
in terms of spec/software xperia zr leaves the moto G behind in a very big distance.
