More than 95% customers of mi 525 have cracked touchscreen. They are so sensitive. I too has the same problem. Costing 8000rs.

Be aware before going to Spice. I bought this phone through home shop 18 worth rs. 9999 . I was firstly satisfied but eventually its touch got breoken. Spice service centres asked for rs. 8000 for combo i.e; touch and display both has to be changed. I went to open market but there is no touch available for this phone. Its better not to go for such phones which do not have accesories available in open market.

Service center service is very poor nobody will talk you even they charges over charge and not....... I cant explain I have not word to say online very frustating........ request toall please dont buy spice and karboon mobile never....

Do not buy even half cost. Screen is not available. Service is third class.

i brought spice mi-525 in 10000 and Last Month Its Touch Screen has been cracked. I have visited spice service center. he says he has to charge 8,000 rs for repair this set and the touch screen is not available in mobile market of lucknow. spice is very bad comp.please don't buy this phone

I own MI525 & I purchased it through Home Shop 18 a few months ago . but my magnetic compass is not functioning.
i am in dadar mumbai & tried several service centers in mumbai. All service centers on spice web site ARE NOT OPERATIONAL . DOES SPICE HAS ANY SERVICE IN MUMBAI if yes their contact no IF IT IS WORKING

This is nice phone. I used it for more than a month. I feel only camera quality is little bit low compared to Samsung Galaxy S3 or similar high cost brands(Sony). I have compared it my self. Other wise phone is excellent till now. You can buy if you have tight budget..( < Rs 10000).

hi frnds gud news...nw spice mi 525 fhd..cn b root..i hv rooted my phone..nd nw i hv removed all bogus system installed app like hoopz,spice gang etc....it was possible through xda framaroot .apk version 16.0
nw no low ram problem!!! burrahhhh
one click root!!!!;)
enjoy...but otg didnt work evn after rooting;(
Nd i took that risk even when my phone was in warranty ;)
