I have purchased Spice Mi-525 in Sep-2013. Last Month Is Touch Screen has been cracked. I have visited spice service center (ASC Optimum Services Lakshmi Nagar ). he says he has to charge 8,000 rs for repair this set. I ask why charge is high. where as new mobile price is 10,000 Rs. He says why you are comming here go and purchase. This is very bad experience received from Spice. I have sent so many eamil to spice head office. but they have not replied. I saied give me spare part i will repair my self. But he says no. they cant give spare parts. But other brands are ready to sell spare. I dont know wahy spice dooing this type of things.

I bought spice mi 525 mobile 4 months ago through online Home shop 18.com . This phone is having lot of problems like automatically rebooting, heating and hanging. These problems were occurred on the initial stage of using. Now a days the phone stuck every time of the usage and restart after hanging. I should contact customer care of spice mobiles and they will ask to contact our nearest shop @ thiruvalla - kerala, Then I am hand over the phone to our nearest shop but they were very lazy and not interested to service. Hold my phone 15 days in this shop and told me that we will be send to our Bangalore service center for maintenance . After the several times of my telephonic enqiry against my phone, it will be dispatched after 50 days of period from service centre. Totally 2 months of time wasted for servicing and repairing. Dont buy spice mobile because poor service centre and poor customer dealings in kerala.

This is about the spice company. They have very-2-2-2 poor availability of spares and service to customers. do not ever buy any phones of this company.

My phone was working very well for 2 months, all of a sudden the phone sometimes automatically responds and does work as if someone is working on it without my intervention. It is very annoying ...
