I've had it for two months, and have taken it back three times already... I should have known it was a ripoff because it wasn't but $78.00.. 😡😡😡 My friend called me on a Friday to tell me her daughter had passed away, and I got the voicemail message that Monday... Her name never showed nor was I alerted that I had a voicemail message. I took it to corporate Friday July 29, and was told to play with it; everything had went black, and was told I pressed the wrong app; he said the blackness was for people who don't see well😨😨😨😨🤔🤔.... I'm gonna try again tomorrow August 1st.... I just want another phone

Overall, the phone's quality is great, and has a lot of storage. However, music is very important to me and there's no music app! Plus, My phone did NOT come with a pin to let me insert the SIM card. It was sloppily made however has great processing power and storage.

This is my second Revvl phone, and it's a refurbished one. I had a previous model that was the very same brand. Both phones have charging issues. I had insurance on the last one and wound up with this piece of junk. I'm thinking about ditching T-Mobile as they need to respond to their customers better than this.

For anyone reading the comments and wondering if the issues are related to frequent use the answer is no. I use texting and emergency calling. I occasionally search the internet. I never use voice mail. The phone is not a good investment at any price, not even $1. Unlike the others that have had several Revvl phones, this will be my only. It appears the charging port issue is a longstanding one. T Mobile should either fix the problem or provide a means to wirelessly charge. That is the ethical thing to do.

Sweets, 30 Mar 2022This phone is junk ,and no matter how we complain they aren... moreI'm on my 4-5th revvl 4++ and it's always been the charging port but now it's the display it constantly blacks out like I powered it off. and some times doesn't turn on for hours. It did it 2days ago and just did it again. it's been off a couple of hours now. Its getting more consistent . this will probably be it's last time powering off because it's not turning on.

I agree with all the other comments this is the worst phone I think I've ever bought in the past 15 years since day one constantly freezes up app stopped working halfway in the middle of the process it lags horribly amongst several other issues talk to text doesn't even pick up half of what you said and I speak pretty well and it completely rewords everything you say I have had $60 cheap ass phones that talk to text better than this it's just absolutely horrible and I'm honestly about to take it right back up there and tell them the I'm back and my plan and I will never go
back to be them I would seriously never recommend buying this phone

This phone is junk ,and no matter how we complain they aren't going to do anything about it like giving us the option of picking something else free of charge.Its not possible for everyone to have the same problem.They are already aware of this hardware issue,but just want us to keep replacing it with the same junk phone.Ive never in life had so much problems with one phone Take this trash off the market & junk it it's obviously is a bad product.Im on the second one already and need to replace it but I'm not fixing to keep running back and forward with this ,we need to be compensated are something.I am a senior and this phone is working my nerves it's very stressful

I have the same issues as everyone else but I also have the issue that the keyboard is too small and very hard to use. This phone is trash and me and my grandma are going to the store tomorrow to get a new different phone. I hope to everyone on and off this site that no one buys his phone.

This is my 2nd Revel 5 with Sprint/Tmobile. The first one kept taking out contact information, freezing up, not letting me send pictures. I am a senior and need a good working dependable phone. I have had strokes and need a phone that doesn't freeze up if I need medical help..like an ambulance. It started taking out my drs information and other contacts alot. So after 3 phone calls and a visit to Tmobile I just got my new Revel 5 last week. It is removing contact information as of tonight!! I am having to get a landline Incase of an emergency. I was talking to my son 2 nights ago and the call was not disconnected on my son's phone but it cut us off for over 30 minutes my son thought something was wrong he couldn't hear me. He got shook up thinking something bad had happened to me and informed my other children they were scared and were going to come and check on me!!! Don't get this phone!!!

Had same issues. Call fades out AND continually have to press back arrow at bottom to get people back AND then it usually drops the call
I read some one suggested a class action suit. I was thinking the same thing. A loved one of mine was just diagnosed with an aggressive Cancer and having this phone is a danger. While talking with doctor, hospitals etc I also have to deal with losing very very important calls. I am tramitized over what is happening with this phone. I think something needs to be done.

same as everyone else. didnt even have it 2mths. multi defects. stop charging, bad port. etc..... was handed back to me and was told there was nothing they could do. left metro for better services elsewhere.

Just got this phone can't stand it!!! Can't wait to get rid of it. Worst phone I've ever had it freezes up constantly, it's features or lack of features is redicilous. I will b getting rid of this phone may I suggest not to purchase this phone it's a headache.

The last two days. Messaging keeps stopping and close app. My Have called customer service twice. Did what she said. And phone want let me call out. This SUCKS.

Alrigth so this phone is trash. it is laggy gaming wise the camera sucks even the phone is slower than a damn turtle. it does whatever it wants to do. so ladies and gentelmen dont buy this ass phone it overheats fast and it is hot garbage smells like my trash can in the backyard that how bad it is. so if your a gamer i hope you didnt buy this thing beacuse this thing can barely play things like call of duty, pubg, and other big games that come online and have high grapghics but sometimes this phone made me want to throw it to space SO DONT BUT IT its a waste of money
