Worst phone I ever had, about eight month after I got it shut down and they replaced with a brand new one, the same phone, now I have the replacement for about five months and it is a complete disaster, I loose the internet constantly.and have to rebute two or three times to get it, try to put a phone call and it won't work, drop calls, it is very slow, sound buttons work only when they wanti, this phone only work right for about a month, it is a shame they put a phone like this on the market.

I just want to scream, phone volume goes down even with speaker on, drop calls always. Can't use for work because the other employees can't freaking hear me. Have been with T-Mobile over 30 years and this is the worst phone I've ever TRIED to use. If you are reading this review, please do not choose this phone, you will be very disappointed. If there was a number rate, I would give it a -10.

Revvl4 sucks. Phone has a mind of its own. Removing and adding things itself. Constant popping noise while on calls. Screen freezes often. Dropped calls. And always shutting off an app that I need to run 24/7. No basic preinstalled apps like music, recorder, notes and a few others. This is my first smart phone and I'm not impressed. If I could I would get an iphone immediately!

Absolutely a complete con artist of a phone.i would suggest we all get together and file an anti trust lawsuit against metro for falsifying the quality of these phones when we bought them!

Okay I reside in a nursing home. I broke my legs and am in rehab I have no other source of entertainment or communication so I would like to say that this phone is absolutely awesome I would like to say that but I can't because it sucks.

Bought the phone 2 weeks ago after my old phone a coolpadd quite working cause of the battery overheating. Phone constantly freezes. Internet goes out and when I do a restart it comes back on but the internet doesn't called customer service they redid my signal..problems fixed..5 minutes later back to the same thing. Oh and the store employee just went in the back and grabbed the phone and gave it to me so I figured it was a good phone. About the only good thing is the battery

So mine was a different issue, and quite scary! After about a year, I noticed a sliver of light peeking through just beneath the front plate of the phone. All the way down the side of it. I thought, "Darn it, the glue that holds the front plate must be getting old." Then it got a little worse, to the point of using Scotch tape ti hold the front plate down. But the plate kept separating, so I used more and more tape. It STILL kept separating. One day I met someone who once worked at Tmobile, and I asked her about it. She asked if she could. See the phone, so I showed it to her. She immediately said to shut it off and get rid of the phone. She was actually panicking, handed my phone back, and stepped back two feet. She explained that what was causing the front plate to separate was the battery bulging so much that it pushed the front plate up. She said it could explode or catch fire. No wonder the tape couldn't hold it. Anyway, I got rid of it right away (it was past the warranty date). If you like grenades or spontaneous campfires, go ahead and get this phone. Otherwise, steer very clear...even if you run across an unbeatable deal! Too dangerous!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PHONE! I went to upgrade my LG Stylo, and was told that LG doesn't make phones anymore. She suggested I get the Samsung, which was out of stock for a few weeks, and said I should use the REVVL in the meantime, and trade up when Samsung arrives. This phone won't send pics when I want to add them to text messages and Facebook; when I go to messaging (I downloaded the app from my LG Stylo), and each time I open messages, it blasts a commercial advertisement! VERY LOUD! Those are just the two things that piss me off daily! THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES!I HATE THIS PHONE.

I do not recommend this phone. Have to turn off wifi when talking otherwise it goes in and out where I can't hear the other person. Any and all games crash randomly. This is the worst phone I've ever owned.

it has cost me countless and unknown opportunities, work, important and dire situations and responsibilities, etc. not to mention unfounded aggravations, stress, embarrassments due to its absolute disgrace as any type of communication device. missing medical appointments, information which could have possibly had fatal consequences! it should be illegal that a piece of crap like this is sold much less distributed!! do yourself and the world a favor. steer clear of this road apple. no way to exagerate the incompetence of this useless brick.

Revvl 4 plus is trash. Only had the phone for a month and it began to glitch. I haven't dropped the phone or done anything that might have compromised the operating systems, so there's no reason I should be having these issues. This phone has frozen several times forcing me to do a hard reset. Phone randomly shuts off. Sometimes it won't charge. The newest issue is when I take pictures, they don't save, and are no where to be found on the phone. Horrible equipment! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE! Customer service has no idea how to help or troubleshoot. They've been a great waste of time. Negative stars for this phone. BEWARE, STAY CLEAR OF THIS JUNK!

I have the T-Mobile revvl 4 and this phone is trash it glitches it takes you out of apps and gives you a black screen it's difficult to navigate between apps it turns on controls that you've never used it's not customer friendly I sometimes have to dial the same number twice to get the phone to cooperate do not recommend this phone for anyone

This is the future of metro and TMobile? I've been a metro customer going on 20 years...this is showing that MetroPCS is losing sight of what the customers need and want. The Revvl4 4 is the worst phone I've ever used hands down. And no wonder when I bought from corporate they told me it's final sale and no returns. Scam

This is by far the worst phone I've ever had super slow super laggy turns off Pandora every time you look at it slow connecting to internet overall a piece of trash that doesn't even deserve to be called a phone
