I have the REVV 4, I was told it's a great phone, it was for the first week I had it. Then trouble started, the screen will just go black in the middle of me typing a message, calling someone, playing a game etc. I really hate this phone. It likes to kick me out of apps like my game apps, Spotify, Facebook etc. I don't understand how they thought this was a good phone? What a let down. I too went back the week after telling them about the issues and they couldn't do anything. I'm looking too get a new phone soon.

The phone is unpredictable it changes parameters the voice quality for recording and text to talk talk to text is pure crap follow location is pure crap I was sold the phone by a Metro agent who told me it was a Motorola come to find out it's made in China by TV manufacturer

I will be typing a message, reading something, or playing a game and it will go to the "desktop" and then I have to start all over again. They people that work for T-Mobile aren't much help, their answer is to just restart the phone which doesn't do shit cause I still have the problem!! The phone sucks!! I hate it! Makes me want to go to Verizon!

This is the absolute worst piece of trash phone I've ever bought in my life it is horrible on every level of horrible it turns itself on and off it has a horrible feature called TalkBack that's the worst ever I do not recommend this phone to anybody ever

I tried to charge the phone while it was on rhe lighting bolt popped up on the battery for a minute to shiw it was charging then it went out. I even turned the phone off and tried to charge it all it did was showef the name of the phone when I plugged it into the usb cable, so I tried another charger I bought and the phone fid the same thing, Then I tried 3 or 4 sockets phone still won't charge and I haven't had the phone that long. I bought the phone at the end of February.

Hopefully this phone last a year or so.
The only way to get a free phone is to cancel your account and get a new number.
Chances are high that the best phone you can get free i.e. Samsung LG Stylus 6, it will be out of stock. That's the phone I wanted, this is the phone I had to get.

I'm going through the same with my Revvl4+. Crashed the day after I bought it.
I spent hours transferring from my old metropcs phone.
I took it back and asked for a new phone. Wouldn't give me one. Managed to get into my phone, he factory reset, hand's it to me and calls up the next person!
Metropcs/T-Mobile might be the best bang for the buck, but their company policies are the worst.

I hate this phone. The Quickstep app has incapacitated it so I switched it out for new one. Same issue. Also I lost some of the features I had in my Motorola g7. They are charging me more than what it's advertised for online. I can't even use. Camara was only upgrade, but if you can't use the phone, mute point.

I have a tmobile revvl it's the worst ever. funny thing is tmobile won't give me an updated phone even though I've been a customer for years. I think if tmobile can't give customers better phones maybe we should change service.

My friend works at T-Mobile and helped me pick out a phone. I settled with the Revvl 5G thinking it was going to be good because you know it's $400 and I didn't really have $1,000 to spend on the iPhone. I kind of wish I did now because this phone really really really sucks!!! The first day it already had major problems. the sensitivity on the screen is totally messed up I can't click where I want it glitches out like crazy. I feel like I got a broken phone. no phone should be acting like this I feel like they should take it off the market and give everyone their money back. I've only had it for about four months and I really want to trade it for a different phone but I don't really have the money too. I have to save up just to fix this problem. please when I tell you do not buy this phone just believe me and believe every other review on this page this phone really sucks it doesn't even belong being a phone!!!!
