I have many issues also with my T-moble Revvl 5 phone too bad I did not put insurance on it. I was so excited to get it for my birthday, like the pictures but for a $400 dollar phone should not have so many glitches like when I make calls sometimes just hangs up the phone right away and says call ended. At times when people call me it either hangs up or goes straight to the voice mail. Took the phone to T-Mobile and they can't seem to find the problem only to instruct me to power off and on again and one t-mobile rep. mentioned if I ever read the reviews. Sometimes my text don't go through, have to keep trying I am stopping here. This is not fair.

I had this phone since June 2021 never no problems speedy calls worked text worked ran games good screens better then the new one cams are ok does 4 k 30 runs vlc great my one speaker blew up but I was jamming lol and was a pop in the audio and it popped my phone speaker

T... moreI've had this phone for roughly 4 months and my mom bought one the same day and they're both having the same issues!! The texting will flip from SMS to text mode it's the weirdest thing sometimes it won't send sometimes they send. I'll go to make a phone call and it'll just sit there and not ringing for like 10 seconds I have to hang up I have to do this about 3-4 times to be able to make a phone call or just reset my phone about 4 to 6 times a day!! Missing phone calls because sometimes it won't ring or it won't let me answer in time. It'll drop calls out of nowhere when we talking one time it did it when I was on the phone with my mother about six times until I restarted my phone and then it finally quits for that call! Ishouldn't have to restart a phone three to four times a day for the damn thing to work.

It's a ok phone but my speach buttons on Google YouTube speach text etc never works it'll work for a sec but then just kicks me out of whatever app I'm trying to use the speach for absolutely unacceptable as a all they do is hype up a phone with so many bugs more bugs then cyberpunk 2099 had when it came out that's saying sum

This phone has been a pain from day one a few weeks ago.
Today I couldn't get the alarm to turn off! Had to shut down the phone, which in itself is a pain with the side on and off button. I have constant problem texting a person, a problem I never had with my Samsung. The phone will say sent, then awhile later it'll say that person is offline and message couldn't be sent.
I've been back to the Metro store 3 times now have to go again! I will tell anyone and everyone to never buy a revvl 6 phone! If I could get a refund I'd return it in a New York minute!

They said they had never seen this issue and claimed it was probably because of an app. They replaced the phone and it still has the same problem! I HATE this phone!!!
Sometimes my phone also freezes...and I have to hold the power button for at least 30 seconds for it to reboot.

This phone has given me more trouble than a teenager. It erases the names on my contacts at random so that I can no longer delete my texts, because I have to read them to figure out who I have been talking to only to renter the contacts name which may or may not delete itself again. I thought it was a "bad phone" so I contacted TMobile and they exchanged the phone...nope...second one does the EXACT same thing!! Unreal...so now I am eligible for another phone, because once again, I am losing money with my business due to not knowing who is calling. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. THIS.PHONE...If you need a phone for business. My advice to T-Mobile... especially after reading all the other reviews...is to discontinue selling this phone to people...and give them their money back.

I got mine when it first came out and have only had issues with the network not delivering some texts. But the phone is still in excellent condition and works great just like new 6gigram

This is a Bad Bad phone! It matches T-Mobile bad reception in the major metropolitn area. It is a double whammy. But, hey, no worries. We might get free pizza soon or, really cool music while waiting for cheerful 800 number 'experts' or, some new sleasy marketing ploy. 'Cause we are all freinds, right? Friends with benefits and, guess who gets screwed? You! I am out!

This phone is really durable, and has lasted me 1.5 years so far, with only 1 crack. Tons of storage too. My only complaint is that sometimes when my battery is below 10%, I have issues with pre installed apps (like phonecall, SMS, contacts, settings, etc). It is a good phone for gaming and has good battery life, it charges very fast. The cameras are pretty impressive for the price as well. The back glass is one of the most unique I have seen! It also doesn't have the headphone jack and cord on the same end either, I always hated the idea of having the jack and cord next to each other. Only big downside for me is there isn't very many cases available for the phone.

Surprised that any company in this day and time could make a phone this bad. I did not finish my complaints about the phone,would take too long.

Problems with the internet earphones that don't work with it, slow, incongruent with more than five earphone sets, they turn off the internet, does not work with the phone . I really should get my money back

If you live in US, you shouldn't be getting 3G or 2G service, for the most part, anymore because T-Mobile, which Metro uses, shut down most the older 2g and 3g services. It might seem slow because of network congestion on cellular data. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/coverage/t-mobile-network-evolution. Oh there is also a roaming issue with some service that can slow it down to 2g or 3g. https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/the-3g-shutdown-how-will-it-affect-your-phone If you are on a good WiFi, and the connection is bad, that could be another issue.

Got this phone for my son was told by the person at the counter that this was a great phone the speed was good had a lot of good qualities.
This phone does not run at 5G it stays 3G 2G all the time even with superb Wi-Fi it's just a garbage product and I don't know if it's because it's T-Mobile endorsed or if it's because it's a Metro phone I do not recommend it's awful
