I won't complain much, mostly because this phone was a free upgrade and as free upgrades go, it's a nice one. I personally don't think the phone is anything spectacular or exceptional (but then again I didn't expect it to be since the free ones usually aren't). However it is a good phone overall. Good battery life, nice display and I don't experience lag. I am experiencing connection issues but I am not sure if it's the switch over to 5g that's doing it and not the phone. I switched my settings to 4g and it doesn't seem as bad. I have had text messages come in out of order without notification that I even got them. I have had my phone act up so that I can't hear the caller only to have it resolve itself a week later. I do have times where I have to reboot an app or the phone to get out of a screen freeze, but that's not too often. I miss the double tap screen my last phone had but that's my personal preference. There's also no calibration for your screen and I noticed mine sometimes goes out of whack, usually necessitating another reboot.

I'm sure there are other little buggy things I'm forgetting, but none of them are major. For a few phone, I am satisfied.

They are different phones with different specs and probably different manufactures for T-Mobile. T-Mobile should not have given them such similar names because it's causing some confusion.       I usually don't like wasting my time to rate things, but this has to be done. This phone sucks in every way possible imaginable. I got it for free per a promotion, and still feel violated. If I could just get my hands on whoever designed this phone, it would not go well. Please please, do not buy this phone there's too many quirks to mention!

            My phone has worked flawlessly.

            -Great battery life
            -Cameras are decently good, but not the best. Wide angle and macro have less MP than the normal lense
            -Has enough CPU and RAM that I never experience any throttling or lag.
            -Screen is good, nothing special.
            -No wireless charging, bummer
            -Durable
            -Has memory expansion, always a plus
            -Headphone jack!
            -Gyro sensor and fingerprint sensor will occasionally be iffy, but the majority of the time work fine.

            Other reviews mention it is hard to set up and it has "ads".

            It's literally an Android phone, so it sets up like any other Android device (pretty straightforward). And I'm not sure what the other person meant by ads; there are no advertisements built into the UI. I can only guess these people are simply blaming the device for their own shortcomings.

              The REVVL V+ 5G is the worst cell phone I've ever had. It's not user friendly. It offers very little customization choices, it's ENORMOUS. The only reason I got it was due to the Sprint TMobile merger. I plan to purchase an unlocked Samsung and head to a different provider. T Mobile is the worst as well. I've had voicemails pop up that were left four days ago. Ruined my chance at a job interview. T Mobile voicemail is useless. They couldn't have just left Sprint alone. Another unhappy customer taking away your business. HATE this phone.

                  Hate this phone. Too hard to set up. Too many ads. Messages won't send. Hate annoying start up tone.

                    Hate the phone. Has two problems firist will not let Verizon calls ring most of the time. Second when on a call if you toch the screen the call will drop, screen is supper sensivity.

                      My calls keep going to the RTT setting and mess up my calls, can't get rid of it. Also a white bar shows up after call to say how long the call was and takes forever to go off screen. So I can't text because I can't see keyboard. I HATE THIS PHONE!

                        Phone horrid..too many apps...camera no good..a expensive phone that is confusing right from the get go..I hate it!!!

                          Received mine as an upgrade from T-Mobile. After about 7 days the phone started having all kinds of problems. The apps (text messages, contacts, phone, voicemail) quit working and you have to reboot phone multiple times. It will not auto switch to wifi. I contacted TMobile multiple times only to be on the phone for 4 hrs each time with no luck. Tried all the trouble shooting, took it to the store and was charged 30.00 for store service on a brand new phone. :( I've never had this much trouble with a phone before!! Not sure if it's the phone or the Network Provider.

I'... moreI know!!! i second this, same here, been with the phone for a year, it does the job quite successfully, battery Life is super decent, on a full charge i get all day usage, and a bit more, browsing, surfing you name it, the phone will keep you content, if you are a casual gamer it will do just fine with games as well, videos on YouTube look GORGEOUS (Specially HDR videos at 60fps, resolution on the phone is 1080p FHD, but on YouTube you can go up to 1440P (where it applies) and it is amazing, no lag or stutter whatsoever) as this phone is based off one of TCL's Phone, the TCL 10 5G, i'm crossing fingers it will get the android 12 update. Cheers!

                              I hate this phone! I am on my second one and it is sooooo slow! 5G? HA! I can't search google I can't stream it lag on everything even on my home wifi. And T-mobile has just been frustrating and no help at all!

                                Well I can't say anything bad about this phone. I've had the phone 3 months and no issues at all. Coming from a flagship LG G8 X with a snapdragon 855 this 765 works almost just as well I see no decernable difference. Great speakers nice cameras... sure there's no wireless charge or high refresh rate as some of the other phones out there. With TMobile deactivating cdma networks my from Sprint they gave me this phone for free. So it's a win for me a 5g phone with the latest tech and I still have my old Phone as well. Thank T-Mobile👍

                                    I got my revvl 5g back in March of this year and it still works perfectly fine on TMobile. Haven't had any problems since I bought it and I love it.
