It's been available here for a few weeks from Amazon and others for £279 (about US$369) with an early bird of a free 11" Nxtpaper tablet.

How did you get your hands on one and how was the battery life?

Had the UK version of this for a couple of days. Very nice screen but there is no tap to wake option which I guess is a technical limitation. A charger was included but no case.
