I like Tecno because it's a different brand. I have a Camon 11 and 15 premier. It's always about affording, But it's sometimes preference

Try this two things:
1. Take a document snap outside their camera app. Use WhatsApp preferred.
2. Start a video recording with the camera app and attempt switching in-between front and back. If you successful switch without ending the video, then something is wrong with my phone.
3. Battery endurance is frustrating.
4. Audio recording will always make an announcement. I don't need that.

Phone is good with the specs but the camon 18p is much preferred I've used both and noticed that purchasing 18p is much better than the premiere one also 18p has much bigger and longer battery life

Hello there,
I firstly congratulate you for the improvement in your TECNO phones; your brand is now on the high levels.
Secondly, I have some problems with your phone in two issues;
(a). The BATTERY CAPACITY: This has been a problem because when you compare the phone specs to battery capacity, they are not relative. At least battery capacity could be 8000mAh. This would value your product more than now.
(b). The CAMERAS (So called 2 cameras, 3 cameras, etc). What I mean here is that, when it has been advertised, you may hear statements like; "The phone has triple ultra cameras etc. But in reality you'll find less.
e.g. TECNO CAMON 17, it is written that has triple cameras, but only there are two (Front & back). The others shown on the back of the phone are just decorations and are not cameras at all!
Lastly, but not least, is about USER MANUAL. Some phones came without printed (hard copy) user manuals. NOT all consumers can read user manual inside the phone (About phone). It is easy for anyone to read and understand (with drawings support) on the hard copy user manual than virtual one.
Please make some improvements on those issues in order that we, the long time users of TECNO PHONES enjoy our favourite product!
