The os is supposed to be based on Android 13 but then they scrape off all the good parts of the android version and leave some janky features and bloatware. Nice work Tecno, very nice work

Normally when u put ur mobile close to ear while calling it go dark so that mistouch doesn’t happen. Mine isn’t working & i don’t understand if It's my problem alone or It's just like that in that phone

I bought this phone 6 days ago. I suddenly noticed that my proximity sensor Isn't working. When i put my phone close to my ear while calling it’s not going black. I change settings but not working. I restart & reset my phone still not working. Even i remove my protection glass to see if It's the problem. I don’t understand if It's a hardwear problem or a bug problem. Or It's not actually in this phone. Can anyone please inform what's going on. Does in ur phone it’s working????????

My proximity sensor Isn't working, i tried everything. It's only 6 days till i bought this. I didn’t realise if it was from the start or not. But when siddenly i noticed my phone isn’t going black when i put it close to my ear then i realise it’s not working. Everything is working but it’s not. I don’t understand if It's a bug or a hardware problem. Or the option isn’t build in. Removing protection glass also not working. Please let me know

Bought this phone. Worked well for a day, then suddenly the Device is Locked with a message "A product activation attempt from an unauthorized source has been detected. Selling or delivery of products through unauthorized channel is not permitted as per out policy"
Now I am stuck with all my data transferred from old phone to this phone. Turning out to be one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

hands-down the best phone I've ever used. I've seen some complaints about the battery. If you are on your phone 24/7, obviously it won't last long, but the charger is super fast, and you can survive an hour or less without using your phone. The screen is amazing the performance is amazing If you play Mobile Legends, you are going to love it. Highly recommended and definitely worth the extra money.
