Did anyone of you receive the November security update? My Tecno did not receive any security updates after August.

To people that have this phone: can you please check GPS positioning options? It has all I need in terms of specs, but having only GPS and not Galileo, Glonass, etc. Would be very limiting as I hike and travel a lot. I'd be surprised, as other models from this brand do have additional positioning systems. I'd be so grateful if you checked for me.

So finally.. we got 90fps support in pubg(battleground) after recent update I was optimistic because gt 10 pro got this support few months ago wih same chipset (but camon 20 pro 5g goes ahead with better camera and premium vegan leather build & design)everything works excellent like a charm😎

Anonymous, 10 Nov 2023Pls I deleted my fingerprint and I have been trying to add ... morewhen it comes to privacy screen gaurds your're knida fucked. Normal touches will work fine but the fingerprint scanner used in the phone is optical which uses light(reason you see a bright white light when scanning your finger) and privacy protectors bend light unlike a simple screen protectors.\
my best recommendation is to find a very thin privacy protector or take it off.
and if it's still not working your unit maybe defective

Actually, this phone is a big upgrade for me because my previous phone was oppo F9, now my tecno camon 20 pro 5g has been with me for over one month. So for me, its overall performance is good and strong, if there is one main issue with this phone, it heats up easily because its chipset dimensity 8050 is not optimized yet. I hope that in the next update they will update this phone , let the main issue be fixed.

For Tecno Camon 20 Pro (8/128 GB), I paid ₹9,550 ($115) on exchange with my 9 year old, near dead Motorola Moto G. This exchange got me an insane $100 slashed off on Amazon India. Another such downright ludicrous offer this year was from Flipkart on Poco F5. I got the 8/256 GB variant of F5 for ₹20,500/ $246/ €233 without any exchange.
For these prices both phones are simply unbeatable. Nothing can come close to them. Very satisfied with both phones.

i cant undurstand why this phone overpriced and about specs theres no interst too simple for €270. 270 eur but no Ip53 or more still no gorilla glass the only upgrade from comman pro that i see just amoled 1b color, dimensity 8050, camera, ois and gyro. Now there is a phone with same price the phone just now on distcount it has ip53, gorilla glass 5, ufs 3.1, more powerfull chipset, ois, ultrawide and gyro-eis for videos, of course gyro hardware more high fast charger its poco F5

Pls I deleted my fingerprint and I have been trying to add it back for weeks now but it keeps failing... Retry again is all I got. I just got d phone not up to a month now. Pls any help or suggestion..... I'm also using a privacy screen guard which doesn't affect me operating the phone.... Any suggestion on how to add fingerprint back even while using screen guard will be appreciated
