Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro review
Design, build quality, handling
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro looks a lot like the recent Armor phones - a typical rugged device with a mixture of rubber, metal and plastic, and a lot of visible screws, of course. The Armor Mini 20T Pro is compact yet thick, but while bulky, it does not fall in the overweight category.
The Mini 20T Pro is IP68/IP69K/MIL-STD-810 certified. But what do all of these numbers and letters mean? For starters, it covers the standard certification for dust and waterproofing. The IP69K rating means the phone can also shower in high-pressure water. Not a surprise as the phone has all of its ports are sealed and all panels - screwed to the chassis. This advanced waterproofing also guarantees survival in 2m-deep non-salty water for a whopping 24 hours!
The Mini 20T Pro is also up to 2m drop resistant, provided it falls onto a flat concrete ground.
Finally, MIL-STD-810G compliance covers quite a few standards - temperature and altitude shocks, solar radiation endurance, acid environment, transport shock, high humidity.
The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro has a Gorilla Glass Victus front and a frame that extends a bit over this glass to provide proper shock resistance. The frame and the back are made of metal reinforced with rubber and plastic elements, and as we mentioned already, it is properly screwed.
The 4.7-inch screen has noticeably thick bezels and yet the 32MP selfie camera is inside a screen punch hole. There is a large earpiece above screen, but it does not double as a stereo speaker. Oh, and there is a notification LED near the earpiece, too!
The back of the Armor Mini 20T Pro has some cool industrial texture, the Ulefone logo, and the primary and thermal FLIR camera.
The camping LED built into the back has an octagonal shape and contains 130LEDs, providing up to 500 lumens of brightness.
It's also got a few blue and red LEDs, which you can light up in emergency occasions.
The loudspeaker is on the back of the Armor near the bottom.
The headphone jack at the top of the phone and the USB-C port at the bottom have rubber lids.
The hybrid dual-SIM port is on the left and does not require an ejection tool, but there is one in the package in case you don't have a long enough nail on your finger to pull it out.
Next to the slot is a multi-purpose key you can configure by your liking.
The Armor Mini 20T Pro has a fingerprint sensor embedded onto the surface of the power/lock key.
The Mini 20T Pro measures 133.5 x 63.3 x 24.9 mm and weighs 301 grams. While small, this is a thick phone that is not entirely pocket-friendly.
The grip is ideal on this Ulefone; we had no problem using it single-handedly hand no matter the use case.
So, for usability and build quality, the Armor Mini 20T Pro deserves a perfect score. Carrying that extra girth in your pocket will take some getting used to, but the small overall width means it fits easily in the palm of your hand, and it's easy to manage in any situation.

Did they say ANYTHING about OLED screens? Nope. They were implying that there are good LCDs with good brightness and contrast, unlike the cheap LCDs used for rugged phones. But in your twisted mind, you decided to accuse them as an "OL...

Do you work for Samsung in OLED department? That would explain why you are such a huge OLED fanboy. Everyone knows that IPS LCD always wins in a direct IPS vs OLED comparison. OLED is mediocre at best, IPS LCD is the best display technology ou...
