Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, Realme, and iQOO are owned by the same parent company — the Chinese multinational BBK Electronics. Yes, some of the world’s most popular smartphone brands are owned by the same entity. BBK Electronics and all its brands have gone to great lengths to keep this fact in relative obscurity. In fact, as BBK Electronics is a privately held company, we still don’t know the exact ownership structure of these brands.

RishiGuru, 12 Jan 2022I heard iQOO 3 will get Android 12 around March, 2022. Will... moreIqoo3 was supposed to receive Android 12 during 17th-18th Mar'22. However, it has not received yet. It all depends on Iqoo when they will be launching Android 12 on this device.
Also, android 12 will come with IQOO UI (which is a good thing if you're a gamer as it is more optimized for gaming than Funtoich OS). Since it will be the last update therefore, company is not giving any priority to IQOO3. After this IQOO UI will be dead.

I am worried with FuntouchOS (over Android 12) as received in iQOO Z5, we now get Google dialer which implicitly means call recording will be a pain with the other person knowing.
Till now iQOO 3 running on Android 11 still have Vivo's own dialer with call recording which is superb.

Though I am not facing any issues with mobile data disconnection, however, I am facing issues with IQOO share and easy share while transferring data. Sometimes it does not connect or it does not recognise QR code.

The software support of Samsung is better than Vivo. Also, you will get better camera( back and front both), offline accessories, wireless charging, IP68 water resistant rating, 120Hz display and stereo speakers in Samsung S20FE. Paying around 12k extra worth it.

huge price gap... moreDepends on user's mindset. If you want a VFM product, iQOO 3 wins. If you want an overall better experience from software side sans headphone jack... go for Samsung S20FE.

not sure if Samsung One UI, wireless charging, 15W wired charging, slightly better camera. is it really worth of 12k extra.

Also you need to consider the number of 5G bands provided for iQOO 3 for future compatibility. It is much less than Samsung with support for only 3 bands. The only reason I went of iQOO 3 is because it is very cheap and have a proper audio jack with a good DAC. There were times when the iQOO 3 (5G) 12/256GB variant was selling for INR 27.78K ($375) in our country.
