I was facing the same issue, to solve this
Go to Settings
Search for "App Manager"
on Right top you will see three dots "..." touch that option
Select "Show System"
and search for Android Auto, Push Engine and Vivo home screen and give these app all kind of notification access.

I suggest you to buy Oppo f15 as compare to vivo s1 pro, oppo f15 has high features, you will get gorilla glass protection and phone is slim smart, There is no bugs in Android 10 and has no claims..
