Multiple selection of message for delete option is not available even after update. Full Charge takes approximate 3hr. Average battery last 1- 1/2 day for normal usage.

Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams and Authenticator app not working...no push notifications and outlook stps getting new emails ND needs reset everyday...same with teams.....vivo must fix these bugs

Application and permisions-app manager. Click the 3 dots on upper right click show system, look for push notification engine and vivo home screen and allow all permisions on them. Some of the notification will work by doing this. Still looking for the service

I forgot the name of the service but i will post it later when i find it. I didnt uninstall the service coz i only use the phone for my game and i hate notifications. I read alot of forums regarding our device and some of the member with android development background point out that it is not a bug its just that the developer of this device overdo the battery optimisation and the service that i am talking about is the one preventing it but with the exception of call, text, alarm and system update. That service is also dependent on i-manager app. Changing the settings to priority in apps and notification, allowing all the permissions, giving auto start access wont work with this sevice present.

The ota update for 6.8.21 is only 200mb i think. So it means some of the files is still from 6.8.20 and this version has a lot of bug. Its worth a try just do a backup. Do a factory reset after. The firmware is 3.8gb and it works for me

Firmware 6.8.21 is now on vivo website. Dowload and install it. After that do a factory reset and everything should go back to normal. One more step if your a gamer, open developer options and change the driver preference of your game to "game driver"

the battery drains too fast now its making me regret upgrading to funtouch os10 i was expecting it to be good now im pretty disappointed

AllUsernamesTaken, 28 Sep 2020Is anyone facing Battery drain since upgrading to Funtouch ... moreas on my device battery performance is good. for me it comes nearly 1 & half a day when full charged. i am not a gamer but i use my phone freequently. (nearly 6 to 7 hrs. per day) also I am not facing any laging issue. as on my view rare facing camera should be improved. but selfi camera is fantastic. but price is little more high. Overall i am happy with my device.

Since last update set has become very slow and lagging. Also battery drainage has become too fast. Very disappointed. Need to switch to some other brand immediately.

Im having lag issues with my games with the last update. Notification is delayed. I reset my phone hoping that it will go back to android 9 but no. Any news from vivo

This is a very worst phone I have ever seen. It doesn't not recognise the password, pin and patterns. I have been faced 4 time this problem with 4 months.

Battery backup has went down drastically
Getting around 7-8 hrs of screen on time which was 10+ hrs before
