Ari, 21 Jan 2019Thank you. Will buy Vivo then. Is it worthy to get the pro ... moreThe differences between V11i/V11 non pro (India) and V11/V11 Pro (India) are very small.
1) V11 Pro/V11 international version has Bluetooth 5.0 support, V11i/V11 India Edition has Bluetooth 4.2
2) I don't think the screeen is a big difference. I have seen both phones side by side, and I actually think the V11i/V11 India Edition has more colour accuracy in the screen, though the AMOLED on the V11 Pro is brighter.
3) The front camera in both phones is the same and you cannot differentiate the output unless you start looking really closely, and even then it's a very close contest.
4) The rear camera is where the V11 Pro/V11 International Edition is better, actually it is much better than the V11i in low light conditions. But again, in any reasonable indoor or outdoor lighting, again both cameras are almost equally good.
So if low light rear camera and an under display fingerprint scanner matter to you, get the V11 Pro/V11 International edition. Otherwise, practically there is NO DIFFERENCE in day to day usage between these two phones. Even the battery life is almost exactly the same. Though V11i/V11 India Edition has around 5% better CPU performance.
The V11i costs significantly less than the V11 Pro, and to me it seems like a better value. But both phones are very good for the price. Vivo really delivered this time.

I didn't send my vivo to service center cause I don't want to wait too long for repair. It only visible on dark room and low brightness so I will just have to live with this problem lol.

Vivo's downside is that the updates are slow, though nowadays Vivo is on top for security patches at least coming regularly.
But the build quality is as good or better than Samsung, the durability is better, the QA is better, the audio and video experience is better, the camera is better....if I had to nitpick, I would say the Exynos devices probably have a better DAC than what Vivo has used in 2018 lineup without HiFi chip....but overall, it's just better.
Samsung gave up basically, the C series was the only series of Samsung that could actually give brands like Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi a serious run for their money.
I am hopeful for the new M series in 2019, I hope Samsung learned their lesson.

I am a Samsung user for many years (galaxy Notes), I just purchased the Vivo V11 as my Secondary Phone, but honestly, I think Samsung needs to learn how to design phones from Vivo. The phone is also very light, thanks to the beautiful plastic materials used - and of course, no fear of breaking the glass back. One van never go wrong with this phone. My only hope is that Vivo will upgrade the firmware to Android P

If priced less, it is likely the phone will be worse than V11 series as it will not be a flagship Vivo device (e.g. V7, V9 series were not the true successors of the V5s/V5 Plus).
Remember that V11 series represents the evolution of X21 series in India.

I have been using my Vivo V11 in total darkness nearly every night at bedtime. I used all sorts of wallpapers, including blacks and gray and sliding down the brightness level even to its lowest DID NOT replicate the reported screen bleeding or uniformity issue. The Amoled Screen in my own unit is excellent.
Had I found anything, I would have it replaced immediately. But so far, very happy with it.

You got a bad unit perhaps. But your situation is not common.

Like set your brightness the lowest n see grey picture or wallpaper on screen and make sure you do this on a dark room no light on your surrounding. You can see uneven gray colour like right side darker and left side lighter or something like that.

I have a Vivo V11 since November 2018 and I don't have a screen bleeding problem whatsoever.
If you think you do, better to have it checked by your authorized service center.
