MeMe, 30 Jun 2016Just bought the phone and Ive been using it for like 3 days... moreV3Max is a great phone no doubt and also the price is gradually reaching the sweet spot. Currently we can have this phone at INR 20K on eBay India which is great.
A word of caution, be sure to buy a good quality screen protector as soon as possible. V3Max comes with a 2.5D mineral glass display protection which is not as strong as Corning Gorilla Glass. My month old V3Max after a fall from a height of 3 feet has accumulated a slight scratch on the display.
On the other hand my Vivo X5Max came with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. I never needed any protection for it but still for extra care I was able to avail a very high quality Nillkin 2.5D Tempered Glass display protection named "NILLKIN Amazing H+ Nanometer Anti-Explosion Tempered Glass Screen Protector".
It looks premium and feels superb on X5Max. This tempered glass brings 2.5D curve display to X5Max and has ole-phobic coating to protect against smudges!!!
Unfortunately renowned companies like Nillkin provides Tempered Glass only for few selected Vivo X-series flagships like X5Max, XShot, Xplay3s, Xplay5 etc. So for mid-tier products like V3Max we have to avail locally made display protection which are not as good. :(

Just bought the phone and Ive been using it for like 3 days now, and all I can say is that IT REALLY ROCKS!!! Im so happy for what I hav right now, I know that this phone is a bit pricey but my Investment is really worth it! haha at 1st Im hesitant to purchace this phone but when I got it I fell in love w/ the item, my friends also wants to buy this phone haha I totally recommend it to u guys, NO HEATING PROB, AWESOME CAMERA, HIFI the best for music lovers like me and what I like abt it the most is the 3000MAH battery and the dual charging system it has for super fast charging!!! I charge my phone 1 hr b4 going to work haha after I take shower it's like 96 / 95% already haha! I really do like the phone no issues so far. At first I would've gotten Sony Xperia Z5 for the price but this phone's specs is really awesome I decided to buy this phone overall 10/10 rating for me :)

Please note iPhone 6 is a minor upgrade over iPhone 5s.5s still manage its position in the top chart. Don't think twice just buy 5s.

I also own this device, it is a good device albeit the price is on the higher side. In India INR 18K for this phone would have been great. After all V-series of Vivo are mid tier devices, the higher quality X-series are their flagship devices.
However I never listen to music with V3Max. You don't do so when you have their 2015 flagship Vivo X5Max lying around. Don't get me wrong, V3Max is 10x better than any other normal smartphones like Oppo F1 Plus in audio department, but then X5Max is 10x better than V3Max in the audio department. My Vivo X5Pro was also better than V3Max in audio, but I sold X5Pro as it fades in comparison to X5Max.
When it comes to taking still pictures I prefer X5Max which is better, but for 1080p video recordings V3Max is better. V3Max with Snap 652 have a slightly more fluid user experience than the X5Max with Snap 615.
But my biggest find is that when I play very heavy games like Asphalt 8 with high display quality enabled in the game at 1080p resolution on both the devices, I notice no difference in experience!!! Both devices does not exhibit any frame drops and plays butter smooth. Maybe for recent heavy games like Asphalt 8 the Snap 615 on X5Max is enough, but V3Max with Snap 652 is more future proof.
The display quality and color accuracy of X5Max is way better that V3Max, the games feel more vivid and lifelike when played. I am little disappointed with the color accuracy of V3Max display but its brightness levels are awesome.
Lastly V3Max with a 3000 mah battery have better battery backup than X5Max with 2300 mAh.

Very glad to announce that I now own a Vivo V3MAX. I am very happy the way its performing. The phone has everything I wanted. It perfectly feeds my appetite for music. Its pdaf enabled camera takes superb pictures. If you are gamer then this phone is the best for you. The phone is powered with fast processor and 4GB RAM which makes game playing extremely delightful. I am pretty sure this phone caters to all kinds of needs but before buying it I would you to visit its nearest store to experience the phone first hand.

V3 Max is a Superb phone. Performance is superb. Looking great in hand. Pictures taken by camera are sharp and clear. Music is awesome. Over all Excellent phone
