This means you are someone from Vivo who is promoting their phones or you are making all these false claims of all by yourself.

When that said thought supported by senior vivo marketing officials than it matters however your language and knowledge starts from I know everything and I am always right seems immature so if your nurturing bothers you disapprove any different idea or reality than stay away of my comments and don't react over them good bye

[deleted post]How do you know V3Max is their highest selling unit?

Now world is moving to midrangers and v3max is good midranger people cares for performance with 2gb ram x5max can never chase raw performance of v3max even previous flagship owners don't want to spend money on features they don't need in daily life v3max is highest sold handset by vivo

funwithash, 03 Jun 2016Right now we can just wait and watch if there is any upgrad... moreVivo have achieved nothing with their V3Max on an international level. It is a mid-ranger at best, and have no secret ingredients to improve its brand image. You have to do something extra-ordinary as a smartphone manufacturer to get the attention of the crowd. Brand image can also be improved by providing a solid VFM smartphone, but Vivo is never good at that.

The only phone that ever qualified to grab some attention on the global level was their true flagship Vivo X5Max. It had two extra-ordinary features which had no rival, it had the best audio quality over headphones and the the sheer thinness of the device made it the thinnest phone in the world.

Right now we can just wait and watch if there is any upgrade in pipeline or vivo will just kill its brand image what they have achieved through vivo v3 max waiting for pureview camera 23mp 6gb ram5.7 incher nokia clear black display and with amazing features through their patients bank and whenever it will launch who cares other brands

After using this phone for 12 days, I can say I have no regrets so far.

The battery life is really good for a mid range phone. I can get closed to 40 hours of standby with closed to 4 hours of on screen time before it goes off. And data is mostly on HSDPA. At a little more than 6 hours of screen time, the battery lasts for 20 hours. Charging from 0% to 100% takes 1 hour and 40 minutes. From 10% to 100% only takes 105 minutes. It gets to 50% in about 30 minutes time.

To me, the front camera is still lousy with little options for scene modes. It can only takes decent selfies under ample light. Low light selfies are hopeless. Fine if there isn't a flash but could have at least enables screen brightness for a better selfie under low light.

The flash on the rear camera though is good! Under low light if you enable the flash to take a picture of yourself, your face don't come out whitewashed. It even adjusted the flash properly with shots that have bright background behind you. SO for me if i want to take a selfie I will use the rear camera instead of the front camera. And it is not that difficult to do so because you can use either the fingerprint scanner or the volume down button to take the shots.

Hence, the package comes with a lousy earpiece, no type-C USB port and there will be no Marshmallow updates(already stated by Vivo several times).

funwithash, 02 Jun 2016I don't believe even on people replying on forums as they d... moreWell I have been using a lot of Vivo phones for the past two years, and have been constantly asking for android version upgrades for each of their flagships in Vivo forums. Every time there was only one answer from the moderators and that was none of their phones will ever receive any android version updates. And they had been very consistent in that. On course of time I have seen they had always spoken the truth as none of the Vivo smartphones got any updates.

What makes you think they are lying and how are you so sure of V3Max to receive Android 6? Are you speaking on behalf of Vivo?

funwithash, 02 Jun 2016Retailers and vivo sales executives are promising for Andro... moreVivo have clearly stated they will NOT update V3Max to Android Marshmallow. So there is no question of when to update. Secondly I trust more the vivo forum moderators who directly communicate with their R&D rather than their sales reps. :)

Retailers and vivo sales executives are promising for Android marshmallow upgrade and companies generally avoid to announce dates for updates as people tend to relentlessly ask questions about delay or stability of the update so wait and watch however security updates are coming regularly which was also not seen in previous vivo phones
