it's good product. ..no battery issue. .more better than htc820.....good camera quality.. ...all games play smoothly... ..no heating. ........nice phone

Please not complain about battery life and charging
If you want fast charging go for phone support fast charge, 2A is fast enough and safe for mobile devices
If you want a long battery just go for who have > 4000mAh
This surely better than Galaxy Note 4 who has high resolution and high chipset

Joan, 04 Jan 2017can you provide me the steps pls..I have problem with the battery also, it drains faster than usual. Where I can find that? Please let me know how. I just bought this phone yesterday. I don't think they would replace it with a new one. Stores are like that. But I would still try to let them know about it. Some have no problem with their units probably this unit has a factory defect. Percentage goes down every after a couple of minutes when wifi or data is on. It's quite fast.
