I just bought vivo v5 yesterday. The battery sucks! It drains fast like every after a couple of minutes the percentage goes down when wifi or data is on. It never happen with my ipadmini and other unit I had in the past. I just hope I can still replace the unit. Maybe this unit has a factory defect.

I usually use dd/mm/yyyy time format, but vivo v5 uses mm/dd/yy format and I couldn't find the ways to change the time format.. Somebody help, thanks!

I have Vivo V5, just bought last January 1, 2017... and I asked, why always log or crush me in the middle of playing games like NBA, COC, Mobile gaming etc .. ??? I cannot even finished a game, so even I reiterate, just as real, or a crush it always log still in the middle of the game. Do you know why? Can someone can say to me why?

I will advice all not to buy Vivo V5 at all
1)battery takes nearly 2hrs to charge 100%
2)phone battery doesn't last for 10hrs
3)I have to charge my phone 2times a day

Due to plastic body it will not really feel hot and the bonus softcase from Vivo is helping more

I just purchased this phone today. However for some reason it reads the ext memory card only for few mins and then suddenly it gives error msg saying memory removed suddenly. Any solution for this pls.
Memory card is not damaged. I have put it in sim 2 slot itself.

Battery as well as the camera both are fake no back up at all drains much faster if the phone is not in use.
