I got a small update where small extra option is available which is non functionality(not able to access).why such abad updates after a long wait and long gap.waste mobile and waste brand.this is my last mobile from this waste brand

I got a small update today with version of just 45 size(pd1624fexa3.10.1),for this small update they took more than 2months,from here the hopes of oreo has gone completely,im going to buy new phone otherthan vivo and oppo.
