Ya u r ryt bro,i been so many days that i was exhausted and saturated for being many days with this improperly builded nougat firmware os and funtouch os rom.i have irritated with this unchanged UI.no UI updates(which was given by other brands),i will also never buy this vivo stuff because little old phones was excluded for new updates and ui updates......waste....

I'm never going to buy any vivo smartphones in future as they have to work alot on their software front..however they are nailing it in hardware but software lacks the punch.
Funtouch Os needs more polishing.. And Vivo should be up to date with their Software updates which are useless.. Their themes sucks. I hope Vivo provides the update on Vivo V5 Plus too as soon as possible.

Here we are expecting next might be Oreo update and waiting for many days for update,but vivo eventually releasing just small security patch updates after a long gap and wait. Becoming foolishness day by day.i think vivo will not provide Oreo update to us here in india

Even the same family oppo has also did a lot in ui changes,but vivo was remaining at same place even on new funtouch os rom also,funtouch os has no new styles,no new wallpaper change support, no proper and clarity themes, not providing ui updates is one of major drawback for vivo mobiles,lot to change vivo otherwise you will be like other htc brand

Oneplus is going to update their old Oneplus 3 and 3T to Android 9 wheras Vivo isn't providing updates on Vivo V5 Plus which hasn't even received Oreo update.
Don't know when is vivo going to do the timely updates.
Anyone has any news regarding the update please reply.

I don't think that Vivo is serious about Oreo update for Vivo V5 Plus.
Until now we should have got the update way before, but Vivo ain't serious about it's devices I guess.

Vivo keeps saying that there will be an official roll-out and we need to wait.

Omg new funtouch os rom 9 has already released to v15 pro but we are still at funtouch 3.1 rom .no ui updates,no firmware updates to little old phones,only releasing new phones.....waste
