Meanwhile, I can get a ... moreYeah the storage is expensive but you have to factor in two things, internal storage is always better and secondly, the internal storage here is UFS 4.0, that thing's 10x faster than your SD Card, maybe 20x faster at times. A more apt comparison would be a Samsung 990 Pro SSD but that's an internal one, make it an external storage unit and it'll be 2x-3x the price. So 180 USD x2 or x3 = 360 or 540 usd.

Another example is the Crucial T705, which is priced at 240 USD for the 1 TB

so yeah kinda makes sense why manufacturers do it but still, it's a huge mark-up. The storage might cost them 20-80 dollars but the price hikes are 100-400 dollars. I understand all that, but my point is, you're downplaying the storage costs.

Third party DACs are more expensive but have better audio quality than the internal 3.5mm ones, like Fiio's ones for example. You can get super fast portable ssds and put em in your pocket if you need storage. easy solutions.

Storing in cloud is useless when I need to watch instantly on the go without data and loadings...we r stuck at 1tb storage since 2019. Years ago I thought we would get cheaper 1tb storage phone soon but here we are we need to pay almost 40% price of the phone to get 1tb storage till date...

            why don't they make all phone with big battery life? 6000mah good but the samsung m51 as 7000mah it last for days! the problem with this phone and many others is no SD CARD slot? and the REASON why this is a problem is... you can record in 8k and 4k at 120fps? you record a video in that quality! the memory will be full with just a few 10 min videos! pointless have that high of a quality if you don't have the memory!

              And Si/C also will degrade, so just in case, I charge my Vivo X100 Ultra slowly and from 40% to 100%.
              I do charge my Vivo X100 Ultra to 100%, but I will never let it go too low.
              And Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has a Lithium Ion battery, so 40% - 90%.
              5000 mAh is bigger than in Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, so 90% is enough.
              I take battery health seriously.

              I also charge my JBL speakers from 40% to 100%!!!!!

It's very simple to understand mate, don't try to argue it because we're not in 2018 anymore.

                                  They want you to think that slow charging is better so they don't have to update their charging system, but can sell their phones for more money because their phones are the "safest", simple business.

                                  Slow charging is one of the worst things you can do to your phone, it still generates heat even if it's not fast, and since it's slow it keeps your phone hot for longer.

                                        How in the hell you will lose it? You know that there is overcharging, high temperature and other security features on new smartphones? And btw new battery in most countries on samsung costs 60-70 bucks~ to change after few years.
