        888 is unable to sustain 10 minutes! Except on 1cm thick devices (Rog Phone 5) or with fan

Mediatek is worst when it comes to thermal management ... moreNah every exynos below the 2100 or arguably the 1080 the is worse in case of thermal management, their mongoose cores are fast but a letdown, while any mediatek below the g90t and p95 are the the ones causing heat problems(one i recently just tested is p65), I'm a samsung fanboy but as much as i like them i really gotta give this one to mediatek.

              It's better than Exynos 1080...it sustains performances far better than Exynos 2100 (on Genshin Impact it is able to beat Mali G78mp14 with a smaller G77mp9!)
              It's very close to SD870. AI is even far far better on 1200!

              Open Resource Architecture program allows OEM to get full access to AI and ISP (1200-AI on Nord 2, and here 1200-Vivo)...on Qualcomm, sources are closed on Hexagon!

              And for streaming, it supports AV1 hardware decoding (Snapdragon 888 or even Apple M1 don't)

                  Nice phone but the oppo find x2 pro can eat it for breakfast. In my country the find x2 pro cost 50 € more than the Chinese price so it could actually end up being cheaper. The x2 pro has a bigger main sensor, bigger ultra wide with higher resolution and a bigger with higher resolution 5x telephoto. The 865 is about as powerful as the exynos 1080 and the battery on the x2 pro is bigger while it changes faster.

                      I am so disappointed. Vivo listed X70 Pro on the official global site with MediaTek Dimensity 1200. Why? I expected Exynos 1080 or Snapdragon 870, but Dimensity, why?

They could put a bit bigger battery if they just removed it for example. Huawei had same resolution main camera and a 5x and still didn't include a 2x, Google won't either so I don't think it makes a difference. They should instead of using this 12 mp sensor spend the money to put a higher resolution periscope with a bit less zoom, 4.5x 16mp for example.

By contrast, having a native 2x zoom telephoto wouldn't lose its quality since it has its own dedicated camera sensor.

                                        That 2x telephoto is useless. Digital 2x zoom from the main provides same or better quality since the pixel size is pretty much the same.
