Pres, 24 May 2018Same problem. Anyone can help us?This phone's processor is not strong, so it will lag. I suggest to free more ram by deleting those cleaner apps, multiplied apps and heavy apps. Turn off as much feature as u have. Also free more space, just decrease ur phone's duty, make it run faster, and easier.

Godwin, 13 May 2018I just bought it for about 2 to 3 weeks and now it is crash... moreOf course, every phones get laggy when you installed games or apps that consumes more RAM than the installed RAM of your phone. Like, vivo y71 has 3 gb RAM but you installed a game that requires 3 to 4 gb RAM. Mind that, there are already pre installed apps that's consuming the installed RAM also.

This phone is standard, with beautiful body and appearance. But if u prefer a better performance, or a better system power, Xiaomi or Redmi is better at this price.

Bad phone got bought Vivo Y71 last 2days ago in just a short time my phone had been lagged and hang the same problem of all Vivo cp version.. You should fix this!! If you said i bought a fake one NO Wtf I bought one on a Well known Shop.

I like Vivo Mobile phone because their price is low and quality is good. Vivo Y71 is good mobile phone at low price.

Suvam, 20 May 2018Worst smartphone in this price range so you own all the smart phones in this price range? Just bought this phone in Bali, whilst it is a bit slow it is certainly an adequate phone with a great screen. Cannot complain at the price.

I just bought it for about 2 to 3 weeks and now it is crashibg alot... I thought that this is a gaming phone so i buy it but it is crashing so hard and when i turn off my device and turn it on again while playing it takes me like 5 minutes to be able to restart my phone because i cant even tañ anything because it hangs so much and it lags so much too.....plss help me how to fix this

i bought it last week, First of all look is very good full view display, face unlock, smatview (wifi display), DLNA, VPN, Camera has face beauty with AI, HDR available, Smart Split, PIP (picture in picture) support, battery time is ok with me gives me 18-20 hr on normal use on 4g(like social apps and a lil bit surfing), works OK for daily normal use.
Hence ppi is not good as compare to others in this range, storage says 16GB but for available for users is 7. something but after installing/ updates app you got only 2-3GB which is not good/ other competitors gives 32GB with user available almost 26-27GB, also the camera is not good enough although it says (Camera and Music). Indicator light and Flash light is not present on front.
overall performance is OK.
