I just bought this phone 2 days ago and it is crashing all the time. I brought it to Vivo servixe center and they issued a replacement ticket so that i can get a new one. But still ita very laggy. So disappointed

I bought this phone about a month ago and I am very upset with this phone this is my first vivo phone,if you looking better phone at this range I suggest you don't buy this.this phone has less battery life compare to mi5 at same range. This phone give u 7 hrs battery life if u watching offline video or movies.this phone not for those who are game addicted.

I suggest u guys to use Asus File Manager to manage ur phone space, free more space can reduce lag.

Pres, 24 May 2018Same problem. Anyone can help us?This phone's processor is not strong, so it will lag. I suggest to free more ram by deleting those cleaner apps, multiplied apps and heavy apps. Turn off as much feature as u have. Also free more space, just decrease ur phone's duty, make it run faster, and easier.

Godwin, 13 May 2018I just bought it for about 2 to 3 weeks and now it is crash... moreOf course, every phones get laggy when you installed games or apps that consumes more RAM than the installed RAM of your phone. Like, vivo y71 has 3 gb RAM but you installed a game that requires 3 to 4 gb RAM. Mind that, there are already pre installed apps that's consuming the installed RAM also.

This phone is standard, with beautiful body and appearance. But if u prefer a better performance, or a better system power, Xiaomi or Redmi is better at this price.

Bad phone got bought Vivo Y71 last 2days ago in just a short time my phone had been lagged and hang the same problem of all Vivo cp version.. You should fix this!! If you said i bought a fake one NO Wtf I bought one on a Well known Shop.
