HELP ME!! I got sent a ringtone, and it went to my WAP Push Inbox... how do i get it? I think i might need GPRS watever that is... how do i get that? Pleeease help me someone! its driving me nuuuts! x

How can you send a text from this crappy phone without having to go to the phone book, remember the number n go back again? wen u want to send, it says input number, how are you supposed to remember everyone's numbers? can you not select one from the address book? ta.

Does anyone know if you can turn down the volume on the "Set Alarm" function. As it is, it will wake the whole neighbourhood!

i just got the pc sync for my vk530, so i can put pictures onto thu pc and add things such as new ringtones, ut when i connect my fone to the pcit wont let me get a connection it says cant find mobile at specified serial port.does anyone know hoe to do this if so please tell me.

I bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas and suddenly the picture lock came on and now also the keypad lock. We've tried the default code but that didn't work and spoken to Vodapgone but they said there was nothing they can do!!!! Can anoybody help????

Got a vk530 for present for the wife. Phone ok at first, then it refused to receive any picture messages. Got that fixed under warranty. Now the phone burns out the battery after 2 days. Bought a new battery. Same thing. The phone switches itself on and off at random. Its gone beck to be repaired again. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

i dont think the phone is set up for receving messages. i work in a phone shop and have had the same complaint again and again. if you ring the network your with they can set it up for you.

my mom bought me a vk 530 about 6 months ago and for the first month or so it was all good but for the past 4 months it wont let me send or recieve txt msg's it turns itself off and on again and keeps crashin. its drivin me crazy and it isnt my sim coz my bro tried itin his fone, dont no what to do cant afford a new fone an cant survive without my txts!!!

Crap phone....suddenly stoped recieving messages says fail wen i try send...costing me without me nowing so it jus keeps sending. Keeps turnin off ...wont save messages cnt add nenew numbas...dont get it...
