The phone was great to begon with but then it began turning itself off and is really slow.The camera on it sux and there is no sound on the vidoes which are blurred anyway!!! xx

this phone is pants!
was really good at first and within a month it starts going wrong. ive had it 6months sadly as i hadn't been able to get a new phone (getting new one this week) but i have suffered! cam doesn't work at all, turns itself off, sound has gone, buttons don't work and vibrate goes off randomly. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
my mate has just got the upgraded one 750 or something and within 2 weeks hers is neary as bad as mine! rubbish, can't wait to get rid of it

Ok I have had my phone for..3 months maybe. And I can't find any way to get ringtones on it. Because this phone isn't ever shown as a mobile device. What do I do. Someone help me.

Hiy...I got the phone for xmas 2005. I was really happy with it and i loved it. But when i sent texts i could only write in capital letters. When i rung people they couldnt hear me and i could hear them! It didnt say in the instruction booklet how to check your credit. And i couldnt send picture messages. Also i couldnt get a picture on my external display!!! If you want a cute pink phone get this one but if you want one that works get something else!!!

I only had the VK530 for a few days as I couldn't cope with it for long. It kept saying Fail when i sent messages even when there is full reception, the recipitents would always get my messages about 8 times when I only sent it once (i've never had this happen before), some people didn't even receive my messages when they were confirmed as sent (I never got the reports, when i know i should have done, so i had to keep sending them until i did which was taking my money!). The phone would go really slow whilst writing a text & when on the phone it keeps cutting out now & again because it doesn't hold a good signal. Very disappointed as I thought this was a really cute phone!

beth has this an the keypad dont work and it crashes and the camera is rubbish and the video is alright and you can only hold 5 videos or around 16 pics so there! Mine is propa better

ive had the fone for 3 weeks now in the 1st week it put a code in its self so i had to hav it fixed and now it wont let me txt or recieve txts or do nothing with it. it wont let people ring me but lets me ring them 2wice and then i hav to take out mi battery so i can ring more people. it is apsolute rubbish. do not get it. it is the worst phone ever.

I ordered my phone off line with a suncom unlimited account..I got the phone December 28. I have had this peice of crap for like 2 weeks and I am now finding out the real deal: NO RINGTONES, LOUSY RECEPTION, I WANT A PINK COVER, NO CUTE IMAGES, ETC...the list just goes on and on..Save yourself a hundred bucks and don't buy this peice of crap.

well actually it does once u read the msg press the red phone button press the button to go to inbox and the first one you c is hu its off!

please can anyone help my phone keeps switching off everytime i go into inbox is there any way of getting it off and my daughters phone locked the keypad the book said oooo but it will not unlock how can we get this off vodaphone say unless its the sim card they cannot do anything ,,,,pls help

Im a vk530 owner for about 3 months and i think that there a good phone and has good reception. If I had the chance to change one thing on the phone it would be the camara because even thow it does the jod the pictures are sort of blurr. I was told by a friend that the pink and siver phone is supossed to suport cancer . So if you could email me on clairerogue@yahoo.ie and just let me no if its true or not.

When i get a message - it doesn't say who its from and den i've to go into my inbox to check but, it dosen't show the last person who sent me the message and i've to scroll down thru bout 30 msg's to figure out

Does anyone know how to clear a jammed inbox, when I go to read a new message the whole phone switches off. I have read a few reviews that suggest typing in the code *#27# holding down the last # until it says wait but my phone never says wait and I still have a jammed inbox. I live in Zimbabwe so am unable to take my phone into a Vodafone shop for help.

i got this fne bak in sept n it broke alreadi. da camera takes green pics, my msgs keep goin into outbox, it doesent go on loud mode nemore either!!! itz so broke!!!
