i got my phone xmas eve...i love it...but i thought everything was okay but then my friends told me today they were texting me over christams and ringing me and some of the texts i am not getting and sometimes they ring me and it goes straight to message minder....same problem as everyone else about downloading ringtones . i had the same brand of phone for the past 6 years and i never had problems with it..im starting to worry about this phone...and yes my battery is going after about a day....

I have had several different phones and I must say that this one has got to be the worst phone I have ever had.I am on my third phone like this and thats only because my insurance doesn't cover a different type phone. It keeps freezing and when I go to review my call list it shuts off and restarts. I don't even want to talk about not being able to have access to the different ringtones, that's just ridiculous. If I'd known that this was such a poor phone I would have never chose it.

i dunt know wats rong with my fone. when i recieve mi messeges i cant open them becos when i try to open them the fone just turns off itself and turns itself back on. plz help i duno wats rong wif it.

ok, im havin probs tryin 2 down load stuff on2 my phone from the WAP Push Inbox. Can any 1 help??? Is there some sort of WAP configration I need to do 2 my phone?

charge your phone for atleast 8 hours for first three charges regardless of whether it says the battery is full or not, the battery is made up of a number different cells and to make sure these are all active needs a long charge. If only half the cells are active you will only get half the life span

I got the VK530 in pink for Xmas.When i first charged it,instead of taking a day,it took bout 2hrs an' now d battery goes really quick!I can't have the alarm set unless the fone is on,or else it jst never goes off!!I've been l8 so many mornings!Can't send picture msgs.Just the other day i've been txtin an' it suddenly just starts typing random words on it's own an' even deletes the whole msg!V annoying!!I wold like to know do they have a website for the settings to set up WAP and MMS?I wouldn't have bought htis phone,only it's pink.I'll try bring it back cos it's shite

i think the vk530 is good good quality but as long as it looks good and you can send messages and call ppl its fine

Ok so ive just purchased one from vodafone website thats been reconditioned so hopefully the faults other people have had should have been rectified but im worried after reading some of these comments :-/

I got mine for xmas. It's alright, it works and everything and I love the colour and size but the picture quality is pretty rubbish and the video clips have no sound. I can't seem to download any ringtones and the signal is really bad. I'd give it a 5/10.

Right, well, I'm thinking of getting the Pink VK530, but now that I've read all these comments I don't know WHAT to think! It seems VERY stylish and cute, but, of course, I don't want it to be faulty! Can I please have an exetremely clear, fair comment on this phone? Some of you, plus a friend have said this phone is fine, whereas some of you disagree strongly. Therefore, I'm wondering if it may just be bad luck or ignorance of a certain instruction that has caused so many of you to hate this phone! A lot of you are angry about the same thing, so it must be just a problem with a hidden solution that can be discovered if you ALL were to go to the shop you bought it from. ok so mine was bril 4 a while then the piccy mesages wudnt go that was like sept it nw wrks i found out the other day. i had it in july so round about a month ago me camera stopped wrkin all it seys iz standby neva goes 2 nefin else, then me screen starts goin all funny colours, then me screen flips upside dwn n bck 2 front then me buttons dnt wrk so after banging it on the wall for a while n turning it off n on it nw wrks but has 2 stay open or it brakes so am nt very pleased wiv it xxx

ifind this phone very cute but its a little dissapointing. i cant seem to send picture messages which is annoying. overall im quite pleased with it but the charge isnt that good and it doesnt tell you what your meant to do in the games or how to do anything pretty much. xxx

Oh My gosh....
Just yesterday did i recieve this phone and...
i no what you are expecting....your expecting that its rubbish or the battery is rubbish...but no way
This phone is so good...i mean yeah the battery isnt absolute brilliant but thats cos its new...they need bout 3 charges then its gr8....i think all u people are just overacting....or maybe its just where you bouught it...!
Its pink, small, smart, coulorful and just overall a gr8 mobile....yes the recorder doesnt have sound...but most phones dont evn have recorder! I think your expcting too much!
Get it ... its gr8 for any gal on the go!

ive had this phone a while now and absoloutely nothing has gone rong with it my camera is fine and the video recording is perfect. i can do everything on it - sending texts picture messagin...phone calls everything..but so far nothing has gone rong n im pleased with it.
