ive had this phone for a year now and it has been pretty good but ive had problems with it ever since ive had it, i cant recieve or send pictures as ive had to go on the internet and view them, ive never been able to connect to the internet and the camera has got wierd markings on it. i did have a problem with viewing my messages as my phone would turn off so i went to a vodafone store and they sorted it out so if that happens just go to the place you brought it from and hopefully they will sort it out for you. the battery does start to run out quicker by time, my battery lasts for about 2 days but when i first it lasted for about 2 weeks! lol. so beware the battery!! xxx

o and it dont have a video it has a motion shot which is rubbish as it lasts for ten secs but then when you replay it it speeds up i cant really explain it but yer!lol!just dont get this phone thats all i can say as its rubbish and its not a very good make and everyone i know whos got the phone has had faults wiv it!its rubbbish basically!

its a god phone for about a year but then it starts to go faulty or just start to get bored of it the battery life is ok for me and it seams quite long the camera quality is ok i think its not the best quality but its ok and you can tell what the piccy is i think its a good phone for a little girls first mobile phone as its cute in pink(which i have)and the price now (80quid)is the right amount for the phone but when i brought it it was 130 and i wish i hadnt got it now as their are alot more better phones for that price

Me and my friend both bought the same fone and afta 6 months the same fault occured in both fones. However wen i took it back with the reciept they would not do anything about it even though its a genuin fault.

Just bought a VK about 3 weeks ago and just need a bit of help. Didn't have any trouble with it until just now everytime i go to send a text it fails even when I am trying to delete a message. Could u advise me on what to do? dont understand it. Thanks.

erm im about to get the black diamond vk570? one for christmas.. its the same make and everyfink so i was wondering if this one has the same problems..and some websites it seys it has video and some dont i dont really get it .. and can u record sound on it .. coz im having second thoughts about this phone because ov thoose coments ... help me please x

I love this fone. its pretty cute n hot. im irish n got mine in ireland obviously n i had no probs wit d fone or network. its class

it is an absolute pile of rubbish. the camera goes like infra red cameras, it keeps turning its self on and off, my inbox jammed, AND now i have no sound- no one can even ring me. whatever you do, do not even consider this phone.

i have had this phone for maybe a week n its not that bad other than the camera and the video clip!!!!! The camera is rubbish n the video clip has no sound!!!! its like being deaf!!!! what a dissappointment xx

this phone is a useless peice of crap! i've had it 3 days..picture messages wont send or recive..the signal and the batery are crap because they never last! the camera is completely pixel crap! u can't receive ringtones or send them or anything! the games are crap! nothing works at all! i would never advise anyone in the universe to get this peice of junk! it's a complete waste of time and money! it's an insult to phones! its just crap!!!!

Has ne 1 thot mayb to get a diffrent fone? if u hd so many problems wiv it afta getn 2 or 3, jus get ur money bk!! and wiv th pic msgs, u need 2 fone vodafone and get thm 2 send u th pop settings. and th ones who's fones go off wen u go in2 msgs, i thnk u all gota dodgy batch cuz many of u seemd 2 buy ur fone in feb. my mate hs one of these and hs hd no probs and now iv ordered mine and cant wait. stop sending in messages tht r th same as all th others, we no th fones sumtimes go off and no u cnt put ur own pics on th front display!! GOD!!!!! ps those of u who hd ur fones unlockd and went on2 o2 and cnt get onto the net, thts cuz th fone is a vodafone made fone and wont b set up 4 o2 web settings.

I am really disappointed in this phone. I just got it not even 2 months ago, and already I regret purchasing it. The sound clarity is awful; Even at its loudest, voices are muffled. It also vibrates uncontrollably when messages are sent. Even if you check and delete voice messages, they are still found until you delete them individually on the phone itself. But I do like the convenient size and style.

i have just bought this phone for christmas and i have looked at it already and everyhting u people are saying is rubbish!!!
It DOES recieve and send picture msgs coz d 1st tyme i lookd at it i tried!!
So thts Crap!!!
Every1 hu wnts dis fone buy it!!!

wow i got this mobile in june and i love it to bits, if u hav got a problem with it get a new one u spoilt people. i think this phone is so cute and just the right size for a girl... i love it. pinki x x x

to stef when tying a txt to change from capitals to lower case press the ezi button to change through ezi english,abc,numeric,symbol etc. nice looking fone but not much you can do with it,i got it 2nd hand and put a 02 sim in it but i cant get online can any one help,02 dont make this fone so i cant get the wap settings from them and voderfone dont hve 02 settings wot a major pain this is im gonna smash it up.......

hey hey hey hold up ther all u ppl hu say diz fone is rubbish mayb 1 or 2 hav gone rong but hey evry1 makes mistakes i hav a friend hu has dis fone n it is brill so small cute girly sends gr8 long texts gd memory n camera n vidio it so adorable!!!!!!!!! i luv it n am getn it myslf i wud recommend diz 2 ne 1 hu wnts da bestest fone eva!!!! xxx rock!

Hey i just want to say how crap this phone is when i am writing a messege it restarts all the time, the camera is rubbish, no bluetooth, infared, and it has motion clip on it no video clip i mean hat is the point in a video with no sound?

Bought the phone just over a month ago and have had endless problems with it and things seem to be getting worse!! It was costing me a fortune in vodafone top ups so got it unblocked to go back to using 02, So I thought maybe that was what was causing all the problems, however after reading that everyone else has been having the same problems I realise its just a faulty phone! I cannot send pics and have received a few from friends but its saying connecting and then fail and I cannot delete them so its constantly showing I have messages!! Do I have to put this in for repair or can anyone tell me how to open them? My friends also keep receiving txts from me saying incomplete txt so I cannot send messages more than a page long! My messages also go straight into drafts and doesn't go into outbox making you think they haven't been sent, the screen colors faded, it cuts off saying no network coverage even altho its been fine, slow typing in texts, deletes text and vibrates randomly making you think you have received texts - I would advise anyone not to buy this!
