The phone is fine but I lost the charger and can't find another anywhere! I was told you can only get one direct from VK Mobile but there's nothing on the website and the phone is the usual faceless automated service. Can anyone help?

i have a vk530 and i bought it second hand,,,,i love the way it looks but im having problems too. when i go into my imbox it switches it self off, and then back on and i'm really annoyed!!!!!! any ony having the same problems?

i had the phone before xmas but took it back as it was faulty however i couldnt resist buying another one last week, and up to now every thing is working great, but does anyone know how to keep the external light and clock on and how to download ringtones please will someone email me and let me know on kerrybrown04@aol.com

This phone really sux big time DO NOT BUY IT, i bought 2 for my gf (on non cam other caM)the both suffer from inherent problems. DONT BUY THIS SHEET PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this phone for my bday in february. i loved it for a few weeks until one day it wouldnt let me access my inbox. I rang vodaphone and they sent me a new one but then a few weeks later the same thing happened again. I am now on my third vk530 but vodaphone have told me that they fixed the problem and at the moment it is still working.
It is a great phone as long as it is working. It is very small and light and very pretty! the camera is quite good quality. A few things that annoy me are that the battery life is not very good, when you are texting in ABC mode and you need two letters that are on the same button you have 2 wait a few seconds before the cursor moves across. Another downside is that it does have bluetooth or infrared or a voice recorder. Other than that it is a good phone and if you are thinking about getting this phone you should because vodaphone say they have fixed all the problems

hi people out der im worried of buying vk 530 cos people say it aint gud so i dont want 2 spent alot money on a phone which aint gud so any 1 out der wanna sel der phone

I have had my VK530 in pink for nearly 4 weeks and absolutely love it. I have had no problems. I was in two minds whether to get the phone because of the negative comments but I am so pleased that I did.

im not so keen on this phone as i bought it of a friend as it was on vodafone thinking that i could changethe settings and unlock the fone. it has cost me twenty pounds to get it unlocked. i onli paid 50 pound for the fone. when will it come out on all networks or will it be on vodafone at all times!!

I purchased the VK530 about a month ago but have only been using it the last 2/3 weeks as I got it unlocked. At first it would occasionally switch itself off which I could cope with but got annoying, THEN when I tried to delete msgs cos my inbox was full it kept switching off after deleting about 2. NOW it wont even let me open my inbox even tho I hav msgs 2 read and jst switches itself off!! Unfortunately I bought this phone off someone on Ebay so I dont have a receipt etc. Does anyone know if there is still anywhere I could send it to get replaced/fixed and how much that would cost, or could I just go and complain to vodafone! A MSG TO YOU ALL: DONT BE SUCKED IN BY THE PRETTY PINKNESS------DONT BUY THIS FONE!!!!!!!

i am really considering about gettin the vk 530 in pink or red but i quite worried bout all these complaints that people have made but all i really want 2 know is if the camera is good quality if you can send & recieve picture msgs and how many msgs you can store or yeh and also what other features the phone has? if any one could get back 2 me and answer my questions that would be gr8 thanx xx

the picture quality, i think, is good. i love my vk pink mobile.
you can store 100 messages in the phone and 30 in the sim.
you can send pictures to email addresses, i know this because i have done it before.

I own a VK530,a cute pink one,i bought it because i thought it was cool,i havent had any of the problems some of you are having but i would really love to be able to download ringtones like Crazy Frog and Sweety except i can't unless i buy a cable,not fair really,so what i am tring to say is you should'nt go for looks you should go for practicality as well,has a VK530 user actually downloaded any ringtones yet? Let me know pleaze x

Hello i have just got a new vk530 yesterday.and so far its been brill,but sonmetimes it restarts for no reson and gets a bit annoying.bUT really i think this fone is great n it looks lush! im really happy with it,but i wish i could put my photos on my p.c! Overall this is a real good fone,its realy girly!
