If you are thinking about buying this phone just read the following and then decide what you want to do.....
In February i had my phone stolen and decided i had to get another one ASAP,so i saw this cute little pink one and decided to buy it (i actually ended up going for the purple coz personally i think it is a prettier colour). Bought it from the vodafone shop and was as happy as larry walking around with this pretty girly phone.A couple of days after, the screen froze and the colour distorted so i turned it off and on again and it was fine, however after this i had numerous problems such as being unable to access my messages,the camera freezing on the outside LCD and turning itself on and off wenever it liked.I put up with it for a couple of months,but decided enough woz enough and took it back to vodafone to get my money back.However they gave me some crap about how they couldnt give me a refund or an exchange because VK wasnt part of their company (even though vodafone sold it to me and therefore should be responsible).Instead they sent it off to be repaired.The guy in the shop said it would take a week to be repaired however two weeks later they still hadnt let me know so i went to vodafone and asked if they had got it back yet and they had.So they gave it back to me and the phone was fine,none of the problems i had with it before...until the next day!When once again the screens colours completely distorted.So i took it back to vodafone and demanded for my money back or an exchange but once again they gave me the rubbish about not being able to and instead gave me a brand new VK530 phone.That was last week and so far i have had no problems with it, but im not holding my breath!
Anyway sorry that was so long but i think people should know the extent of how aggrivating, time consuming and frustrating these Vk530's are. Yes they do look cute and pretty, but the novelty wears off after about a week especially when your tearing your hair out over the fact you cant access your messages etc!Trust me,this phone is completly unreliable, but then again you need to decide whether you buy a phone for the way it looks or its practicality.After my numerous problems with this phone i think i know whcih one i would go for....

I'm considering getting this phone, but I'm really confused. So many people saying it's great and so many people having problems with it. :|
Just wanted to know a couple of things:
-Can you send pictures to e-mail addresses?
-Is the picture quality reasonable?
-How much message storage is there?

Hi I am from Australia and was in London over Christmas and New years and bought a pink VK530 because it looked cute...mine must of been from one of the faulty batches because it is the worst phone ever! Every second time I write a message it starts deleting letters instead of writing them and it always turns off and somethimes the screen pixelates (I think that is the word??). So to anyone who is thinking of buying one DON'T!!!

if u want a manual then u can just download it off this page that you are lookin at right now!!!!! if u still cant find it then look at the pic of the fone then luk underneath and there is a bit saying manual and when u click on it, it gives you details about downloading it!! thats what id did coz i lost mine too!!!! so try that out and if you dont like that then thats just too bad!!!!!!

There is a 3rd party charger for the VK530 on Ebay.co.uk
It takes a bit of finding - but the shop I bought from is called "designerfacias".
Go to ebay then search on...
Vodafone VK 207i/VK 530 charger
When you get designerfacias shop, search on VK (he has about a million items for sale).
They cost £6.50 (around £3 of which is postage). Don't know about the quality yet - but, let's face it, they aren't competing against much are they!! Buy two in the certain knowledge that one will break within a week.

I got a pink VK...its just the right size and have had no probs as yet but am very disappointed with not being able to download ringtones etc. So will have to purchase a USB cable now!! More expense!!

I resently have got the VK530 (pink) the good things bout it is the camra n the quality of it the photo frames n tht r quite good aswell i love the little light on the front it gose blue red & green the bad things bout it is it dosnt have blue tooth u cant resieve picture messages n i havnt tryd sendin 1 so i dont no bout tht and the screen on the front dosn't stay on 4 tht long but i dont mind bout tht the phonhe is realli adorible n i love it. i have had no problems so far ill give it a 8/10 n recomend it 2 all da gals xxxxxxxxxxxxx

im confused! i really wanted this phone 4 my bday it sounded v cool from all da websites plus its PINK! yeh im over dat! but from all ur mixed messages it doesnt sound v reliable! i dont want nythin 2 flashy so i dont no wheather 2 get it or not! help please? thanks

Hello again! Didn't think I would be posting a msg again on here so soon...but Im now having more problems with this phone! For the first time it wont let me open my inbox, even though its showing I have a message! The phone keeps swithcing on and off so very cheesed off now! Im on my 4th one and cant see vodaphone giving me my money back - been told software needs upgrading again but not buying their stories now! Any advice anyone? xxx

IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! i luv new fone!! i wud recomend it 2 n e1 out ther!!! byr this fone! blue, red, pink and lilac!! mine is pink, amazing, i lub=v bein able 2 do my air in my fone!! (the mirror) and amazin true tones 2 download!! BUY It!!!!! IT ALSO, works perfectly 1nce unlocked as i am on o2! i strongly reccomend this!! luv ya's x x x x

I have recently purchased a VK 530 mobile and was pleased with what they had to offer.
I bought it for a reasonable price and have had no problems so far. I bought it three months ago and have not yet experienced any problems. The camera has come in very handy and although it is quite annoying to get used to the texting, is a good make I think. It takes a while to get used to the phone book but is quite easy to handle once you know how to do it. I would reccommend to anyone who is unsure about buying this phone to buy it because I think they will be suprised at it's features and will find them handy. The only bad thing about it is that the battery doesn't last very long, four days maximum, just to warn you! Thanks, I hope you make the right decision. :)

i duno wot 2 say bout that! except that ive got the vk pink and its perfect! i know a couple of people who have it and theirs are fine too! duno how so many people are complaining about it!

Wonderin y so many ppl say this fone is ttal crap, switchin off n that and y othr ppl tellin me its good n only a faulty batch thats been sent out. HELP want this fone sooooooo much!!!!!

hey just thought id write in again to put a good review out here! i love my vk pink mobile! its really cool and i get nothing but compliments about it! i would recommend this phone to anyone! (girls obviously, i dont think any lads would want it!) if you are one of those people who want to buy this phone then id say GO AND GET IT! dont listen to those people who have nothing better to do than moan and complain about a phone!!! coz to be honest that is just sad when plenty of people have this phone and love it!!!

i think that the vk530 is a really good phone! ive had it for about a month now and have had no problems whatsoever! if you do have problems with this phone then its probably because its faulty and then you need to change it! give it a chance because it is a good phone and it really stylish!!!!!
