I have had this fone scince crimbo,its gr8 cos all my friends love it nd every1 who's saw it soo want it.Although whenever i set one of my own piccys for the screensaver all the screen goes blotchy and fuzzy!! If i had to reconcider in buying the fone again i wud still get it !! :p p.s on all the advertisements i hv saw of this fone all of them has one of there own photographs on the front display how do i put my own photo on there?

hi just got my phone from argos, loved the pink, girly!!, then it worked ok, then i couldnt get a signal, only network search 4 2 days, then it worked fine, which was odd
does any one know how to send pics to a email address
ive had loads of my friends wanting this phone

i ad probs wiv the inbox cuz it wud just turn itself off wen i went 2 read my msgs,but i took it to vodafone and they fixed the prob, and put the latest software on the fone and its beta than eva! iv had no probs wiv it since and they do it for free so if you got aa prob just get it fixed

Lizzie, I have just replaced my vk530 with a 3220 it's a Nokia and it is brilliant compared to the vk530. They are great and even though they aren't as feminine or as pretty as the vk530's, they have excellent features and for half the price of the vk530, wish I had gone for that in the first place!

I bought this phone recently for my daughter and she says it keeps turning off.So anyway the one night she went out with her m8s and i saw her phone liying on the floor so i picked it up and i looked at it.It was fully charged,i phoned one of her friends on it and sudenly it crashed it just went off,now i know why she want's another mobile phone.Late at night she come home and said to me "mom i want the 3220 mobile phone because it's kool and my m8 has also got one it even has camera"I thought what make is it anyway hmmmmmmmmm.MOM!!!!!!!!!! Oh sorry,i'll think about it....DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MAKE THE 3220 IS?

i no that that the vk530 is gd but the vk207i is better it hasent got a camra but its a lot better than the vk250

When you buy the VK 530 you have to make a choice between practicality and image!
Yes, the phone is gorgeous and I love all the admiring comments I get about it (I have one in pink!) but there is no denying that I have SO many problems with it!
When I first bought it, it froze after one day and stayed like that for about two days, and so I had to take it back and ask for a replacement.
My new phone is almost as bad - several times a day it crashes and does not let me open my inbox, outbox or drafts.
The colour frequently corrupts and goes into negative. To solve either of these problems you have to turn the phone off and back on again.
The phone also freezes then switches itself on and off about once a day, as well as freezing for about 5 minutes when you try to turn it off (still playing the 'goodbye' music!)
It also vibrates randomly sometimes, tricking you into thinking that you have a message!
However, even after all I've said, I really do love my phone! It is fantastic when it is working - and it is probably the most gorgeous phone you can buy!

I have experienced a lot - in fact most of - the problems listed on this page and finally had enough when, everytime i went to go into my inbox the phone switched itself off. I took it back to the shop and got it replaced with a newer updated one with apparently new software on it to stop all this stuff happening. Also the new phone has a bigger battery so lasts longer. And ive gotta say, so far it has been working great. Anyone having trouble with multimedia msg, try to get gprs settings from your appropriate network. Also, if ur camera stretches the pics try changing the 'image size' in the options menu! that worked for me! hope this has helped some people!

A worlds first !!!
We now have VK530 USB Data cables and software to let you transfer polyphonic ringtones to your phone.
This is the only way to transfer tones to the phone, as you cannot get them delivered by calling one of the adds in the paper !!

These guys have got a GREAT cable for transfering ringtones to VK 530 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got mine today and its fantastic, they even have a members area wirth all the latest tones to play with :-)

I havent had any of these problems with this phone, had it about 3 months now, but one thing, does anyone know how you get it to send and recieve picture msgs? When I try it says gprs error, does it need enabling or something? please email me if you know seashellsmail-mn@yahoo.co.uk

when i turned 13 i desperatly wanted the vk530 mobile phone in lilac as it is my fave colour! when i got it i had no problems with it, but i was a little dissapointed when i found out you cannot download any ring tones or pictures. i got over that. after a while i found the camera went funny and stretched the pics. when i looked at my pics more than 5 times a day the colours would go all funny an i would have to turn off my phone then turn it back on again. again i got over that. then when i went to look at my messages it said fail, so i trned it off then back on again. i didnt think much more of it. after that i found that i didnt like the fact that it broke after a little while of having it. so we went to take it back and they gave me a new one(lilac again) and saw it had gone down by £30!!! already!!! thats after 4 months!!! i havent had any problems so far apart from straight after i bought it the colours went funny. it has been fine so far. it is a gr8 phone for me, jus what i need, i dont need blue tooth or any of that other flashy stuff, im happy just as long as i can text and ring ppl:P so if ya want a phone that does everything for you, this isnt the rite phone:D

Got my phone at Xmas. Kept going off when I tried to retrieve message. Took it back to Vodaphone shop I purchased it from but the Manager was very rude and said they hadn't had any complaints about the phone!!! even though my friend had one that broke after a week and hers was replaced (at the same shop). It was reset, it lost all content but has been working OK since.

i got my fone 4 christmas an it turns of itself and now every time a go 2 go into ma inbox it turns itself off its really anoyin i am goin 2 change it 2moroXXX

Well people all I can say is that when i first held this fone in my hands i wanted it BADLY!! it was so popular that every time i went to get it, it wasnt in stock and for gods sake i dnt know why i didnt settled for another phone!!!! at first it was a little dream but from the following 2weeks ive had problems. i was recieving pictures but now it has decided to stop and comes up with a sign WAIT and does not load at all!! then the messages started going. like i would go through each message to delete it and then it would say ERROR!! i want to know personally if this website is for people with questions and need answers with this phone then were the hell is the help and the answers?? I would love to speak to the company and ask Why did they let and make a product and bring it into the public market sell it, but knowing it would have many foughts???? they need to sort this out soon and fast to correct it as they soon and have repretation at stake and money as i can tell you now not one of my mates, family or others will ever buy or purchase this phone or any made like it. if someone could contact me and bloody tell me why and explain how they could resolve the problem they could make alot of people happy!!!!
i think this phone should be taken off the market and some hardearn sweat and money should be invested to improve it and test it!!!! i cant believe a top company would not do this!!! this is why big top brand names like vodaphone or orange or carphone warehouse have good reps because they sell reliable mobile phones!!!! so if this company invests then it might click in their hands there is a BIG PROBLEM!!! WAKE UP and TAKE A REALITY CHECK!! because this mobile it well and truly pasts its sell by date!!!! EVER HEARD OF UPDATING?????????

I bought my VK530 the other day and havent had any major probs - as yet! Fingers are firmly crossed!!!
For those of you wanting to sell - they are selling well on ebay at the moment (about £80-115) and there are accessories on there as well (In-car chargers and unlocking cables).
But does anyone know where i can buy a data cable for the PC-Sync function??

hey people i bought the little purple one u got alot to moan about really but there r sum good bits as well!
ok bad first:
it turns itself off all the time mostly when i go into my messages, sometimes i cannot recieve calls (nothin to do with signal because i put my sim into my frends fone and it works fine), i cannot reciev picture messages wotsoever, very short battery time.
good points:
its very cute, camera is of ok quality apart from outstretched picture... the mirror at the front is quite good... lol.
my advice to any one who is looking to buy the fone is dont. i payed 130 pund 2months ago and it has alredy gone dwn to 100pound. dont let the cuteness and price of the fone persuade you. its not tha good

well i have the crappy pink vk 530, and the only cool thing about it is its pink. i have the same problem of wen sometimes writing messages it deletes what ive just wrote, so i turn it off then it seems 2 work again. also i cant send or receive pic messages which is also crap so am gonna c the guy i bought it from about the problems.word of advice, DONT buy it. i give it 3/10 xoxo
