Liked the style, colour and size. Unfortunately, found that the battery life was less than 24 hours and no warnings of a re-charge required. Very difficult to see screen in sun light. Returned after a week!

bought the pink phone on wed, so far so good, had to get my gprs activated but apart from that mine seems fine. able to send and receive piccies to both my computer and my boyf's phone. Lovin it!

I got my Pink VK530 for christmas and iv had loads of problems. I love the phne but its terrible.Firstly after a month everytime i went into my inbox it turned itself off so i went back to the shop and had it reset (*#27#)

well where do i start. i wish i coul dtake this mob back, yeah it's stylish and pink which is great but it has a crap menu, the picture is crap and the video was advitised wrongly as it stated that it recorded with sound but does not and you can onoly store 5 15 sec videos. does anyone know where i can take this back and whther i could get a full refund. it has rubbish feature too with no music player and shit ringtones. i thought i was purcheseing a good phone but how wrong was i. DO NOT INVESTE.

My fone is alright but it keeps goin a funny colour so i hav 2 keep switching it off...And the battery life is really short.

I started having problems with this phone the day I brought it. It wouldn't let me access my messages, instead I got an "error" message. Messages were fine once I'd re-booted the phone, but the same "error" message happened again and again! It also turned itself off, on its own accord.
I took the phone back to the vodafone shop after putting up with this for a month as it was still under guarantee. They sent the phone away to be repaired. I've now had the phone back and it's been working fine! Apparently there is a batch of VK530's with the old software on it, so my advice to those with the same problem is to take it back to the shop to be repaired.
I'm pretty happy with the phone now. So far so good! The only annoying thing is it has a very short battery life, and the fact the front screen light does not stay on very long- it's not very useful when you need to know the time. Theres not much choice of message alerts either.

the fone jst doesn’t work. It deletes all my messages some of them dnt even get through the vibrate only sumtimes works n if it doesn’t it dnt stop so u have to take the battery out. It cuts itself off in the middle of fone calls n txtn so DNT BUY THIS FONE ITS NOT WORTH IT!!

i gt my phone bout 2 days ago from the vodaphone shop..ive had absolutely no problems wiv it n i love it..i agree must of bin a faulty batch..my friends 1 camera is broke but shes dropped itloads lol...well i recommend it 2 all pple..cept pple who want really high tech ones

Hiya i got this phone about a month ago, the pink VK530 and its been playing up. It turns off and re starts on its own and right now i have 2 new messages in my in box but when i click on it, it re starts itself and wont let me read them? its a shame coz i luv the look of the of the phone and its easy to use but its bit crappy when it dont work propperly :o( gutted.

Phone very cute and love the colour display however the short battery is a real pain and the quality of the sound is pants - have left messages on voicemail and apparently they are totally non-understandable - would take it back if I could.......Any ideas where I can get a car charger ?

hi have the lilac camera vk530.does anyone no how to keep he external screen always lite up???also i had mine unlock but now have a o2 uk logo any ideas to get rid of that

I luff pink 2 pieces. But this phone has been so close to puttin me off the colour for life ( not really but still). First off, it doesn't let em send pictures, recieves pictures or anything like that, rang up vodafone to get my gprs activated more than once, waste of credit. I gave up with the sending/recieveing pics. First day I got it it'd randomly say 'Error' when I went to look in my messages! GRR! then after about a month, ma keypad lights were on but ma screen was off + wouldnt switch on, so i took it 2 get fixed was supposed to take a few days (took 10!) had it back for a week and now every time i go to read a message my phone switches off. I kno evry1s buyin it cause it looks cute and i agree its one of the prettiest fones ive seen, but if u want a phone thats goin 2 work, dont get it :o) if u do, I hope ur luckyer than me and most of the people who have commented. xx
