I've locked my actual phone not my SIM and i phoned Vodafone and they said they couldnt do anything so i sent it away and it came back 5 times and it still did'nt work

its key pad dont work proper
it is so from beginning of my purchase
wt must i do
its battery is disturbing me
when i cant attend call ,it goes off
after restarting it shows full battery

Its so anoying my screen on the camera mode has turned green!(happend to my friend too)!iv sent it away 3 times 2 be repaird and everytime iv goten it back its still broken....can i look for a new fone at this stage!!!?This fones is terrible!!It also keeps goin out of the blue "insert sim" when this sim cards in there!!

hello! i love my vk530..its nice and small b compact n looks really nice! My name is Craig, I work at Vodafone. We used to stock this phone and sell it on our network. This is really just a friendly bit of advice in case anyone is still taken back by the pink version especially for a christmas present. We have never had more complaints about a single phone as this one. It could possibly be the worst phone made this century. We no longer sell it and are reluctant to sell any VK mobiles any more. Just a little friendly bit of advice.

Hi,am using VK530,I want to acces to the internet that was introduced elear,but when i try to configer,it is telling me that my handset does not support remote configeration please help me configer my handset.i would be happy if did that.

i really love my lilac vk530 but............i am not sure what is wrong with it because it keeps cutting out when i try and text or answer a call but the battery says full? it's driving me nuts can anyone suggest what is wrong?

i got this mobile for christmas. I was really excited it looks soo good on the outside. then i turned it on its rubbish! It keeps saying service inizlating. it only holds 50 pictures and 6 videos! You can not get your own tones!. I would not recommened it 2 any1!!

this phone is a piece of junk I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this phone. I have had trouble from day one and the manf. won't stand behind this product. there is a recall on this phone and they are supposed to send a replacement but instead they refuse to even answer the phone when i call. trust me if you run across this phone keep running because you will be in for a big headache

I have had one for 18 months. No problems. Everything works great. I am now upgrading to the VK4000. I dont really bother with ringtones and stuff and just use it for it is....a phone....and for text. I am not really interested in all the other stuff. If I want to take photos i just use my digital camera anyway. enjoys yours.xxx

hey there, i think the phone is nice but i havent been to do any kind of messages, it gives "service not active" when i try to go to the menu,so i cant even change message settings, any one with a help please

i got this phone for christmas and it wont let me send or resie pictures so i rung vodafone and they said that in 2 days i would beable to resive them but i couldnt because there was no thing on the top what they said there would be so we rung them up again and they said they would try it again but nothing has happend so we keep trying but nothing i want to know why this has happend also when somebody rings me i cant here the phone and it picks it up its self and charges the pearson that is ringing me !!! i am not happy also the phone keeps blanking out on me and all of these things have happend ever since i have got it the samethings have happend to my other 2cusins !!!and we are not happy !!!!

i think this phone is rubbish i have phoned vodafone because i can't send or resivge pictures also it keeps blanking out on me me and my cousin have got it and the samething has happend to her but vodafone wont do eanything about it !!!! i am mad because i got it for christmas of my mum and dad .
