my daughter has locked her vk530 keypad and it asks for a password. can anyone let me know what the factory set password is please?

hi im wondering if anyone can tell me how to get my phone working one day the keypad just stopped working so is there anything i can do to it to make it work or can the kedypad be replaced.

i accidently got moisture into my phone and now the screen is not working, the phone IS on but the screen isnt - does anyone know what i should do? plz help ta x

I'm fine with the phone, but my question is, where do you get a battery for it without having to spend $10 on shipping? My service provider doesn't handle the phone any more and has no batteries for it. They won't replace my phone for me, so I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work. I'm very frustrated at the moment.

hi, i cannot get my phone to work. The phone has been on silent and vibrate for quite a while and i know you are supposed to hold star to get the sound working but I cannot seem to get the sound to work by doing this. Please help !

Hey i have a problem my pink vk530 was working fine i opened it one day and pressed the hash key as on my old phone that was how i locked it!oops, however now it is asking me for a password and wont let me do nothing till i have entered it but i never put a password on kit and dont no what it is CAN U PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME OUT! My phone is not working it will not let me send a message it says error it will not let me recieve thm it will not let me save my messages and delete anything wehat will i do and how can i restart it because i was pressing *#27# and holding it dwn for 5 seconds and it doesnt restart tell me what to do plz plz thanx xx

Think this phone is a great little number does the trick for me BUT does anyone know what the 'green bell' icon is for? I can't see the icon in the manual and I've deleted all alarms, anniversaries etc but the darn thing won't go - what's it for?

To get rid of keylock
hold # and press 0124
with the sim card out
then 0124 will unlock the keypad with the sim in tried it today on VK530 and works fine

It cannot send long messages and you can not tell whether it has sent them or not because sometimes after sending the message goes into the 'draft' and the person still receives it rather than it going in the outgoing box. It takes photos by itself calling them 'spy'-It looks nice but does not perform well!

crap every time i go into web it tells me services closed i got it last christmas and have never been able to downloads games or tunes
