Hi
I do not have any comment My aunt who lives in London bought me a vk530 phone my problem is when I insert a simcard the phone tells me its a wrong sim card and no network but I can receive incoming calls and massages I can not make calls. I live in Cape Town, South Africa please tell me where can I take my phone to in order to get it fixed?

      this is to jayde if u havent allready found out ur passcode it should be 0000 i know this as i done the same thing as u and the way i found out was by purechance and not only that it is in the user guide for the fone if u have 1 that is

        I have just bought a vk 530 and after a while my friends sent me some pictures. it says i have to go online to get them. does this phone get pictures??

          I have locked my phone and it states enter password have tried default password and many more states invalid password..its a real pain as cant go into phone can only recieve calls. can any1 please give me info as to what to do. many thanks. jayde.

            i av my vk530 for three days an i like it a lot but i hold down yhe # sign key an now it is askingb me for the password.an i dont knw it.

              i have had this phone for four months now and up to now it has been ok and has worked well for me. i was a bit narked when i paid £100 for it and then found out that it has no recording dound,rubbish camera and it only holds 3 videos!! apart from what i have mentioned the phone seems ok-although i am holding my breath for any faults!!

                I got a VK530 because it looked nice, and seemed to have eveything i was looking for...but i have to say this phone is really bad. i had to take it back to the vodafone store 5 times before i could get it replaced...every time they said it had been fixed but it usually broke again within the week. it freezes up, the buttons stick, it deletes things,the battery lasts only a day, and wot was really freaky was when it took photos by itself, naming them "spy".!!! i would never buy anymore phones of this make!! read all reviews before you consider buying one!

                  VK was the first phone i ever got, at first it looked sooooo good and really stylish. After using it for about a month i found it way boring. No bluetooth, no MP3 player, hardly any memory AT all. This is a useless phone that is unreliable and ugly!!! a five year old could get away with it but not a teenager. in conclusion, this is the most rubbish phone u could eva gt, so DON'T BUY IT!!!! you'll regret it for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!

                    please,please,please dnt buy this fone!im a real girly-girl so wen i saw this pink fone i fell i love wiv it.im nt exactly a technical person so i bought the fone purely on looks.its sooo crap.the camera is rubbish n fuzzy,it has barely any photo memory,the screen goes funny colours n freezes randomly,it switches itself on n off,messages erase themselves as u write them, u cnt download photos...it has 2 many faults 2 list em all!it may b gorgeous bt thts about the only gud feature!iv put up wiv this fone 4 way 2 long cos it was pretty bt now the screen has completely gone n writing a txt is so not worth the effort!going fone shopping 2mo morning n cant wait 2 c the back of the VK!

                      Okay,i've owned my pink vk530 for a year now,so here is my honest review:

                      Pros-
                      Cute & stylish
                      Menu is easy with rotating pictures
                      Vivid colour screen
                      Many features in "scheduler"
                      Simple to use
                      excellent reception with vodaphone
                      Hardwearing



                      Cons-
                      No bluetooth
                      No Mp3
                      No realtones
                      GPRS never works
                      No audio recorder
                      Can only record very short videos
                      Memory is full after around 47 pictures & 2 40 second each videos.
                      No sd/memory card slot
                      Pretty rubbish games

                      OVERVIEW:Well if you are looking for a simple stylish phone to shuv in your handbag then this is the phone for you.
                      However,if you want a feature-packed phone to show of to your mates,then look elsewhere.
                      I bought thos phone for 99 pounds,which is
                      cheap considering todays prices,i find it
                      easy to use.However the second day i got it,it simply would not turn on,so,i took it
                      to the vodaphone shop & voila! they just turn it right on...made me look like a liar & a spoon =[
                      Hey,it's a phone..it dials out ...it recieves & sends texts..& recieves calls..what else do you need?...like i said,if you want modern features look elsewhere.
                      It has been a good phone,which excellent reception..but after a year,i'm ready to upgrade to a phone with more features.

                        I have a problem with my mobile, I locked the keypad but I can't remember my password, can anyone tell me how I can get it unlocked again?

                          this phone should be deleted from the world that is earth it spend half its time freezing and teh other half not working in genral its not even any use as a paper weighjt as its too light if u have one put it in teh bin NOW do it or suffer the wrath of rubbish vk

                            This phone is so cute when you first get it. Then later on it becomes the worst u could ever have it cuts off at times,and I cant get any ringtones. The camera is horrible and personally I think that they should stop making these phones because they are a major waste of money.

                              well when i first got this phone i thought to myself it was one of the cutest but it is aload of rubbish it doesnt have bluetooth what kind of a phone that doent have bluetooth in this century when i speak on m phone people can barely hear wat i have to say so i have to shout most of the time it is the worst phone i have ever owned

                                i have had my blue vk mob for just about a year now and i dont think its the worst mobile i have ever had! it never broke down and text msging isnt brilliant but not terrible either! i admit that the video and camera are not perfect but for me it will do.probably i like it because im the only one in malta who has it!

                                  at first i thought this phone wz great it wz cute nd small nd by look it still is perfect! but my god is it rubbish! recently when i have tryed to do anything wiv my text messages it freezes nd turns it's self of after a little while! now it's got worse still becoz i can't ven view my new messages, the camera agen is rubbish but not 2 important itz just so damn annoyin wen u can't even see ur messages!! ( if any1 has had this problem nd no's how 2 sort it plz message me!!) do not buy this fone, it myt look great but believe me it aint!!!

                                    I recently bought this phone as it was cute, pink and would fit nicely into my handbag. The phone is the worst i have ever bought, the pictures are fuzzy, the camera hardly ever works properly, the video quality is bad and texting is slower as the phone constantly freezes. You cant receive pictures/ringtones/files, there is no point in owning this phone, i cannot wait to get a nice new nokia! Do not waste your money on this piece of c**p, its rubbish!!

                                      when i first got this phone i loved it ive had it for about a year and now i know what a load of RUBBISH it is ive read lots of reviews on this phone and most of them bad and all of thesse peoples problams have happend to me and my friends for ex my phone wont take pictures or vidios any more and just stays on the standby butten and freezes and swiches its self of i carnt go on the internet or revieve or send pictures i HATE it soooo much i feel like snapping it in half please do NOT waste your money on this rubish phone

                                        When i first got this phone for christmas i thought it was really suitable for me and now i know its rubbish.Theres hardly any features on it, the camera quality is absolute bab and the picture messaging is crap considering I CANT SEND ANY!!!
