i was very dissapointed with this phone it looks good from the outside but thats about it. the video has no sound well i mean what the hell is going on there whats the point in that! load of rubbish waste of money.

OMG this phone is a pile of poop!!! I've had it for quite a while now, but i get so stressed out with it... Can someone please tell me how i can E-mail or send my pictures to people. I have been trying for some time now, but it keeps on saying FAIL & im getting really irritated! Can someone PLEASE let me no how i can do it? :) Thank you.

please can anyone help my phone keeps switching off everytime i go into inbox is there any way of getting it off and my daughters phone locked the keypad the book said oooo but it will not unlock how can we get this off vodaphone say unless its the sim card they cannot do anything ,,,,pls help

I purchased it because it was cute. Well I will never do that again, No downloads (ringtones), It drops calls like it's hot. Big, Huge, Mistake. Please do not waste your money.

This is the first phone i seriously regretted. While it looked good when I first got it the screen cracked in no time, I kept getting 'spy' photos, the camera used to turn on in my bag without the phone being open, it turns itself off for no reason or says insert sim...and the list goes on into cable connections, text probs and all sorts. I really have learnt that you shouldn't judge on looks alone, they can be deceptive!!!

i bought a vk530 in jan. it was fun at first having a inexpesive camera phone but now i don't like it as much. you can't get new ringtones,you can't send or recieve pictures, and the camera quality isn't all that great. My phone keeps blacking out and the antenna moves. I think its supposed to be stationary. If you want a phone to text and talk on then its great for you, but uf you want a phone that gives you freedom and choice pick another.

omg please dont say anyone still wants to buy this excuse for a fone. its poo andi hate it!!! i am gettin ride of mine at long last as its broke. the camera just stays on load and it says memory full but its not!its chiped for death! its gone really slow! and the sound has gone for some odd reason!!!
DO NOT BUY IT!!!

i love this phone, its not high tech or anything just a good girly phone where you can get messages and call ppl etc. . i knew when buying it it wasnt going to be 1 of those phones that do everything! but i would recommend it if you just want a simple nice looking phone!

I've just bought the vk530. Pleased with the look. Texting took some getting used to but its easy now. camera basic. biggest disappointment was that I can't download ringtones and when I tried (not realising) of course I was still charged!!! Still I shan't get rid of it jst yet.

hi ive been using a password 4 this mobile 4 a while & i tried 2 change it recently but now my phone is locked, ive been told the only thing i can di is 2 hav a software restore but im hoping there is another way cuz i dont want my data 2 be deleted.
can ne one help me...thanks

Hey, i got the pink vk530 at xmas and is was a big let down... dont buy it! i cant send and recieve picture messages, the internet doesnt work. u need a usb cable to be able to get ringtones and things. big disapointment. And above all it doesnt have bluetooth or infared.
dont b fooled by its lovely pink colour, its rubbish xxx

Don't buy it unless you just want an expensive pretty phone. Mine takes great photos - but when I try to e-mail or send them to another phone I get a failed signal EVERY time. It also won't connect to the internet. So all the reasons I bought it for don't work. It's rubbish. 2/10

i just got my phone and it works fine now the password for when it says enter is 1234 that should work and if anybody has a manuale could you email me. thanks in advance

o dear well what can i say! i use to live it untill i found out that i could only hold a faw piccies and the vids dont even have sound. not only that!! it wont let me send a pic msg! it keeps saying FAIL on it and when people send me a pic msg it says such and such abody has send you a pic msg go to.. and then gives me this website. anybody know why this is?

My daughter is using the VK530 here in Brasil but she inadvertantly blocked the keypad and does not know the password! Can anyone help me unblock the keys?
