I brought the VK570 in black a few months ago and although it looks great, the sound on my phone has alredy gone and its really annoyin coz i cant even pick up the phone to answer a call, just wondered if anyone could help me on this coz i dont wanna get rid of the phone cuz itz 2 cute! mail back plz x x

ive had this phone for about a year but its really bad, it doesnt have any good features and the day after i bought it, i knew it was a mistake. every time i try to send a message it says fail and somethings wrong with the screen,aerial and camera!

i braught mine 4 £50 chuffed lol cos i red some of the comments n peeps paid £100 4 it now i wouldnt pay that much for it coz it dnt av tht good features xx

i think its soo funky i love the gems sooooo much. there isnt to many features but who needs them , the cameras good n the video screen is good but it has no volume . its definatly jus a trophy phone ...something to look good in your handbag xx

Hi I got this phone 2 days ago and I love it but I was wondering how do you save picture messages that someone has sent you? I've got loads from my boyfriend but dont know where I've extracted the photos too! If anybody can help please email me! Thanks x

i think this phone is FABULOUS its so cute and girlie ,which is what i am into, but if not than fair enough but trust me it is not as bad as some people say it is!
i tottaly agree with what someone said about people expecting 2 much from phones these days i mean the features arent that great but its got everything a decent phone should have e.g colour screen,backrounds,cute ringtones,games e.t.c

i got my phone last summer and it is brill i couldnt of hoped for beter i have a pink 570 and a love it loads.

I got this phone for Christmas and am not that happy with it. Its camera is alright but its video sucks. You cant dowload anything cause nothing is compatible. Just goes to show u cant judge a book (or fone) by its cover!

i ave just got dis fone and i fink its gr8 except on the adverts and stuff your wallpaper shows up on th front of the fone wen u close it. how du do dat????

Bling, bling, bling, What a classy looking phone. cheap too so I guess you get what you pay for, with none of the additional features on other models, BT, infra red, sound on vidoes etc. Hell, if i wanted to record video/sound clips i'd have bought a camcorder/digital camera. Think people expect way too much from mobile phones theses days. to all you guys, If you need an alarm call in the morning, buy an alarm clock not a phone.

I had no problems with my VK570 untill recently, and i cant seem to hear anything when anyone rings me!..if somebody can help me out on this mail me, would be much appreciated..thanx! x x

well ive had one for christmas and i must say i am dissapointed because yes it looks the part but i was hoping that it could record sound and it doesnt even record sound on the videos but i must say that the video and picture quality is quite good but overall if i had the choice again i wouldnt have choose this phone

i gt this phone on saturday n i fink itz fab itz a ryte lil dinky thing wich is reli gd itz also reli bling bling i gt in lilac an it a reli nyce colour . the camera is good quality but workz best in the day light . itz a girly girl phone with a mirror wich is very good 2 . i wud recomend thiz phone. itz reli reli reli good but othaz have diff pointz of veiw 4 it , but i luv it xox
