I was on my way to fix my previous phone when I saw the Vodafone Smart 4 mini on display. After evaluating the specs, I immediately bought it. I mean it's fast, stylish and super cool for a so called: "budget phone". This is the best thing I've bought this year.

decent graphics( Adreno 200)and snappy dualcore chipset, cam or snapshots with daylight only.
700kh/sec in simple g miner.
excellent value, easy to root ( root genius) and ebay had the unlocking code for 1GBP...

It does allow you to download pictures. It is value for money since it has the Android Jelly Bean version which most new phones carry except for the very high end. But not much changed from Jelly Bean to Kit Kat
