I tried to put a pin code to my phone,i remember putting 4 numberes yet it requires 8 nmbers and i also lost all my contacts,now the problem is that it writes sim locked and it says emergency calls only,i cant receive any calls its always on vioce mail andi cant save or put any contacts ,cant do anyything it says sim locked.pliz help

Hi
I am a smartphone virgin. Can anyone tell me how to switch my music OFF. There is a button for pause which I use but I still get a little icon as if it is still playing in the background which I think may be draining my battery. Duh, is there a button somewhere that I am missing?

mohammed, 06 Nov 2013good android phone but the sound is very low Make your phone louder:
1. open dialler and type *#*#3646633#*#*
2. slide to the hardware testing tab
3. select audio
4. select loudspeaker mode
5. press back once to hide the keyboard
6. change max vol. value to 160
7. click on set button next to the max vol. value
8. do the same for headset and normal mode
8. now you can close everything and enjoy your louder phone

I have a smart mini, but now I cannot do anything with it, I don't have an option to move my menu I also cannot see settings button and I cannot scroll up or down or sideways..there is also a voice action that I cannot stop pls help

no use as a phone due to very low volume even when set at highest point. Also vibration non existent for incoming calls and texts. The charger plug broke after 3 months and I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a replacement which means I am relying on friends' chargers.

hi can I please get some help. I can hear my phone ring and I have checked under the phone settings but it shows that the phone is on loud volume is here another way I can make it a bit louder than that.
