So I asked what the problem was why the decice didn't want to turn on and the guy siad it was a software upgrade. Can you believe it?

Vodafone network is the worst experience i have ever seen. i am using vodafone no. since 8 yrs. every time it ll be problem of balance deducting. Worst Net work

thanks for trying though i guess.. found the manual online which is the manual in the box and yeah says it can do itbut doesnt explain how..
i will skip thinking of buying this and wait for the Acer A700 or get the Asus Transformer Prime 64G models.

onemore, 25 Mar 2012Are these Vodafone Smart Tab 10 sim locked for Vodacom only... morethe settings you need to put in what MTN have speak to your MTN call center and ask what the settings must be..
as far as I know no Vodacom Phones and tablet are not locked to a network. but your settings is the reason why it not working... its the same if you buy a modem from vodacom and use MTN sim.. Cell C though uses the same settings as Vodacom.
PS you going to void your waranty by using your MTN Sim in a Vodacom Product... (if you bought it this was in the paper that you signed unless the store you bought it from was retarded and didnt tell you think) im a sales consultant if you wondering.

Freezing all the time. I have replaced two within first 15 days. Modem died each time. Dont hold volume and power button. You will have to wait for some time to power it on again. Piece of crap.

Tab was brilliant when bought, but after a couple of days it started to reboot randomly and now it doesn’t want to turn on. Don’t know about any troubleshooting for tablets but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tablet also from time to time restarts on its own or just shuts down. Had it replaced after 3 days but still get the same problem.
